Welcome to the Davey House! Our home is located in a historic neighborhood in Walla Walla, surrounded by mature trees and steps away from the heart of downtown. The wrap around porch is a wonderful place to relax after a long day with a glass of wine, or for an evening meal.

The backyard is a little sanctuary, with a wonderful canopy of nearby trees. There is a hot tub for those cooler nights, and barbecue and outdoor seating for gatherings.

A quick one block walk to downtown Walla Walla

PET FEE: $100 (2 dog maximum)

Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Two outdoor cameras. 1. Front of house facing Birch Street and front lawn. 2. Back side of detached garage pointing to the alley and fire escape.
House Rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

Some properties may have additional restrictions such as no pets or adults-only policies. Please review the specific listing details for any home-specific guidelines.

Commercial photography, filming, or events are not allowed without prior approval.

For direct bookings, a 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb or Marriott.

We had a wonderful time at the Davey house. It was perfect for our group of six. The kitchen was well stocked. The robes and slippers were a nice added touch in all of the bedrooms. The hot tub was a hit with our group... some people enjoyed it in the mornings and others enjoyed it after a fun round of golf. It was great to be within walking distance of downtown. My friends and I were so pleased with our stay! Everyone slept wonderfully - beds were so comfy. We were all impressed by how stocked the kitchen was and really enjoyed all the sitting/common spaces in the house. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful and felt very safe. We loved being able to walk downtown from home too!

Great house with an excellent location to downtown Walla Walla (restaurants, shopping, and tasting rooms). The house was perfect for a large group with quiet and comfortable bedrooms. The house has several great spots to congregate including a large porch, nice sitting room/dining room, and great backyard patio. An excellent place for a fun weekend with friends.

Fabulous stay at Davey House

Everything was as advertised and better! We loved the fenced backyard for kids and two small dogs. The location to downtown was perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 for sleeping and relaxing. Loved the robes and slippers, and the welcome bottle of wine! The beds were super comfy! We’d definitely stay there again!

Great for weekend away for kids and adults

Great outdoor space for kids and adults to hang out. House was great for our group of 6 adults, 3 kids aged 3 - 7 - plenty of space, convenient location to walk to town and Pioneer Park. Some of the interior finishes could use a touch up, but nothing that got in the way of the charm in my opinion. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Gracious large old home built in 1881. Really good for families if mobilizing on stairs is not a challenge. Extremely comfortable beds and quality linens. Kitchen is old, but is fully equipped. Easy to cook and serve food for large group. We felt right at home.

Girls weekend in Walla Walla

This house was perfect for our group of 10 women spanning 2 generations. We were within walking distance of downtown, had plenty of parking, and space to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is closed off from the rest of the house which isn’t the most ideal, but we weren’t there to spend time in a kitchen. Overall, we look forward to our next stay at the Davey house next year!
