About this property

Beautiful ranch style house with lots of charm! Gated property in peaceful community with easy access to the freeway, beaches and nearby stores and restaurants. The main house features a large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom suite and a second bedroom with on suite bathroom. Beautiful large open space kitchen with modern appliances and large living space area perfect for entertaining. The other three bedrooms are situated in adjoining houses with on suite bathrooms. The property also features a large heated pool and lounge chairs, a spa jacuzzi that fits 8-10 people, an outdoor fire pit, and a barn that opens up toward the pool equipped with a wet bar, pool table and dart board. The outdoor patio has a large dining table and a bbq. The main house and outdoor area are equipped with a Sonos speaker system, and there is wifi and cable available as well.

Love This House!

We can't wait to go back. This is a fantastic house with plenty of room (we had 11 family members) and amenities. It was super clean and the beds were so comfy. The surrounding property is beautiful and the pool was amazing. David is a great host and we highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic location for a larger group. We never left the property. All the amenities that you could possibly need. This house is a smart house so you should be able to navigate apps. The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was due to the cobwebs in the game room. This was likely due to my last minute reservation and it is a country property. Would stay again

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 and our friends (family of 5) spent 3 days at this property. David was a great host - check in was very easy and he was accessible when we were figuring out the pool and hot tub. The outside space is amazing and the kids loved playing in the barn. There was still an ant problem in the house (bathrooms mostly) but otherwise we enjoyed our time there.
