The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX is located in a privileged setting in Salou. A few steps from Paseo Miramar and Ponent Beach. It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely renovated with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.

GOOD TO KNOW:
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Seasonal outdoor communal swimming pool. (On the building's rooftop)
- Optional parking with supplement. (Not suitable for large cars)
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Ponent Beach, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sunbed rental, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard posts every few metres and numerous parks and children's areas. If you are looking to spend a beach holiday with your family, this apartment is what you were looking for.
