House restored in a body of building having preserved its charm of yesteryear. The situation is ideal between the city of Avranches and the strikes of the bay of Mont Saint Michel.
You will enjoy a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom.
2 bedrooms, one upstairs with 3 beds, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90. The sleeping 90 of the ground floor bedroom is mezzanine and is more suitable for a teenager or young adult.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, 4 gas burners, a fridge + freezer box and a dishwasher.
The central room is furnished with a table 6 guests, a sofa, extra chairs and a TV.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ferienwohnung sehr geräumig. Bis 6 Personen können dort übernachten. Den Kindern haben die Tiere und der große Hof gefallen. Leider hatten wir etwas Regen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Bon domaine et reposant
Bonjour,
Votre manoir est reposant et agréable . Nous nous sommes bien senti à l'aise le seul petit bémol c'est une seule salle de bain été juste pour 6 personnes le matin.
Dans l'ensemble il y avez le calme et l'ambiance campagne avec les arbres et l'horizon de collines très agréable le voisinage aussi. Nous recommanderont ce domaine a d'autres ou même mieux nous reviendront .
