About this property

Spend unforgettable moments with family or friends under the sun of Martinique: our Villa Luce is located 5 minutes walk from the beach Anse Corps de garde and 2 km from the town of Sainte-Luce in the area called Zac de Pont Coffee.

You have at your disposal a comfortable villa, a large pool (10mX5m) with a punch bar to share with our other villa Lise (offered for rent).

Indeed, we put at the disposal of our holidaymakers, our private property consisting of our two twin villas, nestled high, to enjoy the beautiful sea view, sailboats, the neighboring island of Saint Lucia and the Diamond Rock . Well ventilated place, relaxing atmosphere, we make sure that our tenants have the same state of mind.

The Villa is equipped with high speed WIFI to be connected, but also a big screen TV to follow the news.

The kitchen is equipped with: Oven, induction hob, large fridge, kitchen utensils (stew, salad bowl, gratin dish, ect ...)

We provide you with bed linen and linens, but remember to pack your beach towels.

And if the desire for a barbecue takes you, you have a mobile barbecue that you can use under the carbet or take it out and put it on the terrace.

No need to go for miles to shop, there is a Carrefour Market a few steps away.

Rest comfortably and spend quiet nights in our rooms for 6 people: 2 double beds and 2 single beds. In case of strong heat, you can activate the air conditioning and enjoy the coolness of the house.

Amazing relaxed location

I had the pleasure to say in this villa with three other friends. Our group consisted of a Cuban , Puerto Rican , Haitian , and a Dominican. We were all friends from the states that decided to relax and take a vacation in Martinique. Sabine was beyond accommodating open and honest about her expectations and the location. The home was clean and the pool was amazing! The beach was less than a seven minute walk. The supermarket is also around the corner where you can pick up some groceries to snack throughout the day as the island tend to open the restaurant at 7 PM(Longest siestas ever). The neighborhood is Quiet and residential. The price is beyond great especially since you can divided it amongst your group. Sabine’s husband was also very open and accessible to us. When we return we will def stay here our whole stay ! Overall if you rented a car, it’s an ideal week long stay location as it’s easy to get to, 25 minute drive to the city, great amenities , and most of all beautiful host. Enjoy your stay everyone.

Très bien

Maison fonctionnelle idéalement située. Très ensoleillée. Idéale pour des vacances en famille même nombreuse, puisque 2 villas sont proposées à la location. Vue mer, piscine agréable. Bien équipée. Sabine et son compagnon sont charmants. Étant donné notre arrivée tardive, ils avaient même prévu un petit en-cas !!! Proche de Corps de garde , à peine 5 minutes à pieds, plage sympa et plein de petits espaces ombragés. Nous recommandons le K Nari, restau de plage où l’on vous sert un délicieux poulet boucané, entre autres. Le bourg de Sainte-Luce à 5 mn en voiture et à une demi heure par le magnifique chemin côtier, vous ravira par encore de l’authenticité. Case Coco est un bon restaurant où nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vos vacances seront réussies.

Juste le top

La villa est idéalement placée dans le sud de la Martinique. Proche de tout dans un endroit très tranquille. La maison est fonctionnelle, très propre et très bien exposée. La piscine est à partager avec la villa jumelle mais pas de souci ... elle est très grande ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très serviables, ce qui est un vrai plus quand on est en voyage. Si vous recherchez un endroit pour une grande tribu, n’hésitez pas à louer les 2 villas, ce sera de bons moments garantis. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location et nous n’hésiterons pas y retourner lors de nos prochaines vacances en Martinique.

Beautiful, well-equipped villa in an excellent location

Villa Luce is one of two guest villas sharing a refreshing swimming pool in a quiet residential area. Our family of four stayed for a week. The villa is beautifully cared for and spotless. It is ideal for a family: spacious and well equipped for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning. It has a large, modern kitchen set up to cook for 6. The villa has a comfortable seating area with TV, two showers with plenty of hot water, two toilets, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and parking. A terrace with a table, a lovely spot for breakfast, overlooks the pool and the sea on two sides. A covered area in the back has a larger table and a barbecue. The location is perfect, 20 to 30 minutes by car from the airport and from excellent beaches for swimming and snorkeling, and a short walk to a fine local beach and a Carrefour Express. The nearby village of Sainte-Luce has good restaurants (Case Coco and Pura Vida recommended). There you can also buy fish just brought off a fishing boat or local vegetables at the covered market. The owners, Sabine and Robinson, are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome complete with ti punch. In short, Villa Luce is a wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. (One small correction to the description. The "hot tub" has the massaging water movement of a hot tub, but the water is pool temperature, not heated.)
