Location
The villa is less than 300m from Anse à l'Âne beach of Trois Ilets in southern Caribbean of Martinique. In a very quiet environment, it enjoys a magnificent seaview and the small islands of Ramier.

A shuttle boat departing from the pontoon of d'Anse à l'Ane allows you to get to Fort de France center in 20 minutes by crossing the bay.

Several beaches are 5 minutes by car, including Anse Mitan beach, Anse Noire beach and Anse Dufour beach.

The internationally renowned 18-hole golf course and the lively tourist area of Pointe du Bout are about 3 km away.

The villa
Benefiting from recent furnitures of quality and very comfortable, the villa accomodates 7 bedrooms distributed on 2 levels:

The main floor (110m²) can accommodate 6 guests and includes 4 very well-appointed rooms:

A large living room (more than 50m²) totally open onto the terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the sea. It has a sitting area with a large screen TV and a DVD player
A modern well equipped kitchen with central island open onto the living room
1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, sea view and its attached shower room
2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds
1 additional shower room
In front of the living room and facing the swimming pool, a large shaded terrace (40m²) with a dining area (up to 14 guests) and a lounge area where you will surely enjoy watching the sunset behind the small islands of Ramier
The ground floor (60m²) accessible through the staircase near the living room, includes 3 rooms that can accommodate 8 guests:

An air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, and a sea and tropical garden view.
An air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds
A shared shower
A large air-conditioned bedroom (25m²) with a shower room, 4 bunk beds
A small shaded terrace, furnished with table and chairs for up to 6 guests, faces the tropical garden.

On the main level, the 25m² swimming pool and the terrace are sheltered from external glances and enjoy magnificent views. Lounge chairs are at your disposal.
