Kitchen is fully equipped to coke a meal and feel like home. Bus stop steps away from the building. This is a real gem for travelers that visit the big apple.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Family trip to NYC

We spent a wonderful week at this property. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for our party of 5. Very clean and a great location just outside of the city, the apartment view had a beautiful scenic view of NYC ** Bonus** Claudia was an amazing host and addressed all our questions and concerns. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Home was very clean and very comfortable! The ease of getting in the property and everything was available! Overall the property was excellent. I only give readers a word of advice about the commute: I read the reviews about commuting back and forth from NYC via the bus and decided to pick a place in New Jersey, but in the end it was not convenient for our family of 5 to travel by bus. So we ended up paying lots of money for Uber.

Amazing stay!

I had an amazing stay! House was as pictured, very clean, well put together & quiet. Rooms were nicely decorated & awesomely detailed. Rugs were clean soft & comfy especially due to the fact that the winter is on its way & the floor can be very cold during these times. There wasn’t any heat when we got in but the host made sure we were nice & warm with a big/wide heater. The building made up for it being cold at our arrival by putting the heat on in the early AM. We were completely happy with that! It was super warm, even down to the bathroom. The bathroom has a radiator as well as every other room in the home. Be sure to bring salts & seasoning if you plan on cooking during your stay! There isn’t any cooking seasonings in the home. We didn’t cook due to the fact that we only stayed the weekend. The host left bottled waters, a small piece of chocolate & some ear buds in both bedrooms which I found very thoughtful! The chairs in the home are super comfy & so is the couch. The pillows were the best out of everything because there were so many! I love pillows! Claudia was one of our best stays let alone our best host! Thank you for the opportunity & I’d definitely rent again, also I highly recommend this listing!
