This beautiful brand new renovated apartment, features 2 bedroom with full closet space. First room has a queen bed, second room a full bed. Spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living area that provides a full sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage and space to prepare a wonderful meal. Bus stop to NYC is only steps away, commute is between 20 to 25 minutes to the Big Apple. Exclusive laundry room available only for guests and private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

The apartment is clean and exactly as advertised in the listing. The kitchen has dishes and cookware, and a 5 cup coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable. The host Claudia is very responsive to messages and did a great job making sure we were comfortable. Bus stop right across the street for easy access to New York. We will stay here again if we’re in the area.

The location is a little confusing at first; but once we figured out what door to go to and how to get in; it was fine. The outside door was actually open when we arrived; but after that; it was always locked where we had to enter a code. Actual building & elevator are a little questionable; but it ended up being fine; we are just not used to NY apartment buildings. It was actually very quiet; there were ear plugs in the bedrooms but we didn't need them. The hallway on our floor did always smell like smoke & pot. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host is very responsive; answers messages back immediately.

I would have to say the property itself looks just like the pictures and it would have been a great stay but we encountered critters! I don’t do critters at all so that really thrown everything off! I contacted the host; which she stated that she would have to contact building owner to get us moved. Which within 2 hrs or so she and somebody else reach out and moved us to another house in the building next door. Now that house I wouldn’t have originally rented if I had to choose. It was outdated and the water took forever to get hot in the shower. But, we made it work and made the rest of our stay because finding another house to fit 5 n moving all of our stuff and groceries would have been a hassle.

We had a great 9 night stay at the property and encountered no issues. A short bus ride using the No. 125 bus into New York. Bus Fares 4.10. We brough a pass as Port Authority bus station so was a bit cheaper. Good location also to visit New Jersey if you like to shop. Several local supermarkets to choice from. We couldn't fault the apartment.

Good Location

The stay was overall pleasant. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around. The place was clean enough and felt safe, even though the building is older. However, the elevator broke down multiple times during our stay, which was inconvenient. The blinds in the rooms were broken, and the soaps provided were very small. With a few improvements, especially to the building maintenance and amenities, this could be a much better experience.

Great Appartement for New York Visit!

Really great place to stay if you wanna visit Manhattan, New York . A nice, clean and stylish home for 4 adults. Bus stop just in front of the building, which takes you to Bus Authority in just a few stops. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very nice, clean and great location. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. The bus connection into the city was very good. There were shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. If we were to travel to New York again, we would always choose this apartment.
