Location was great for exploring the neighborhood as well as getting into NYC. The beds were very comfortable, as was theshower (nice water pressure and temp). Clean and bright, well maintained and nicely decorated second floor apartment. I stayed for four nights with my adult son.

The apartment was great, Clean, comfortable and located in a safe, walkable area with tons of restaurants and shops close by. The only caution is in regards to parking. We arrived late in the evening and had to drive around for quite a while to find a street parking space a fair distance from the property. We were able to move the car close to the apartment the following morning, but decided not to chance using the car during our stay as we may not be able to park anywhere close upon return.Luckily there were public transportation and share ride options for anything not within walking distance.

Our family had an amazing experience with this stay. My mom and dad came in from Texas to meet our newborn, and this place made their visit even more special. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone.We especially appreciated the extra bed in the room—it allowed my son to stay with his grandparents during their visit, which created some really meaningful family moments.Everything was well-maintained, and the overall space felt welcoming and relaxing. It was also a pleasure meeting the host, who was friendly and made us feel right at home. He was even flexible enough to accommodate a change in our check-in date—when I reached out, he went above and beyond to handle the adjustment himself on his end, which we truly appreciated.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay!
