On the ground floor: an entrance, a 65 m² living room with large bay windows that overlook the pergola and swimming pool, 1 master bedroom (bedroom 160cm overlooking the swimming pool, dressing room, bathroom with bath and walk-in shower), separate wc, modern independent kitchen, utility room.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, one with 140cm bed and east facing terrace, and a child's bedroom with 1 90cm bed (possibility of cot). SdB with shower and wc.
Villa located in a residential area, very quiet, at the end of a dead end (no traffic noise).
5min by car from the center of Avignon. Close to all shops 5 min on foot.
