You can park by the garden and terrace, as you enter you can enjoy the view over the river. At the basement you will find a fully equiped kitchen, living room and joined dining room, bathroom with shower and WC. On the 1rst floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and cupboard and a bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard.
House refurbished in 2014.
Lincou is 6 km away from Réquista where you will find all facilities such as shops, supermarket, MD, chemist, petrol station and restaurants.
It is a quiet and peaceful place close to many hiking trails. Lincou is at equal distance from ALBI (cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec museum) and RODEZ (cathedral, Soulage museum), both 45km away
