Beautiful and modern Villa with Pool and automated Pergola, Aix en Provence
Stay in our house in Aix and get the perfect experience in Provence!!
Our house, where we live all year-round with our 2 kids, is the perfect family home vacation and is located in Luynes, close to dowtown Aix en Provence and IBS.
You'll enjoy relaxing by the pool, outdoor cooking, going for a run around the neighbourhood, playing golf (numerous courses around Aix) or hiking during your stay.
The kids will love swimming, playing in the yard amongst the olive trees or jumping on the trampoline.
Our pool has a hidden full cover for safety.
The radiant cooling floor system keeps the inside temperature low.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (wide fridge, induction stove, large sink with waste disposal. You can also easily order through Just Eat app
Included:
-arrival cleaning (10 hours made by 2 cleaning ladies)
-2 hour cleaning on Tuesday from 2pm to 5pm for 1 week stay
-sheets and towels
-shampoo from Rampal-Latour soapery in Salon de Provence
-Nespresso capsules
-welcome pack: Rosé wine from Provence, olive oil from Provence, cold drinks
There are butcher, bakery, and grocery stores within a 2 min drive and a large supermarket 5 min away. You can also order your groceries online and just pick it up (Carrefour Drive)
Aix is a lively and charming city famous for its many restaurants, shops, museums but also ideally located in the heart of Provence, allowing you to easily discover our beautiful region: Mount Sainte-Victoire, Marseille, Cassis and the Calanques, Bandol, Camargue, Luberon, Avignon, Les Baux and Alpilles are within an hour's drive.
We are renting our house for the third year now and we’ll make everything possible to make your stay enjoyable.
