In a charming village of Haut Périgord, in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, comfortable house, completely renovated.
Ground floor: Living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine.
On the 1st floor: 140 cm bed, fitted cupboard, lounge area, TV, bathroom, wc.
On the second floor: Converted attic space, possibility of 2 additional beds with 80 cm beds.
Outside: Shelter with plancha, garden furniture, bikes, private parking, garden.
Large park on the banks of the Dronne river, picnic area, fishing on site.
Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
Declaration receipt in the town hall of St front La Rivière: 14004 * 02 of 10-06-2017.
Price: from 2-06 to 29-09 = 300 euros
