About this property

Marine de Davia, waterfront home, pool and direct beach access

House feet in the water, perfectly integrated in a garden with Mediterranean essences of 1200 m2. Direct access to a very beautiful sandy beach.
Completely renovated in 2017 with careful decoration. Very charming.

Living space :
A large corner living room facing the sea, flat screen TV, DVD player - Blue Ray. Direct access to all terraces.
Fully equipped open kitchen: American fridge (freezer, ice and fresh water dispenser), multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary household equipment. Cooks can give free rein to their talents.
The three bedrooms are air conditioned and each has a French window leading to the outside but also fitted wardrobes, shower room and private toilet (washing machine in one of them).
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Bedroom 1 with opening onto the sea. 2 single beds. Walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet, sink, washing machine. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and also serves as a guest toilet.

Bedroom 2 with large dressing room. 1 King size bed of 180 (possibility of two separate 90 cm beds). Walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet, basin.

Bedroom 3. Completely independent suite (entrance door overlooking the garden). With flat screen TV. 1 King size bed of 180 (possibility of two separate 90 cm beds). Walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet, basin.
WIFI throughout the house.
A very pretty terrace facing the sea with a lounge area and a dining area with round table, a patio area on the back of the house overlooking the garden, with stone table, benches and large Weber gas barbecue - complete this little house happiness.
Direct access to the sea and outdoor shower for beach returns.
Parking on the property for 2 cars.

Fantastic house on the beach

This house has it all, clean rooms, with each a bath room, nice kitchen with all equipment, the salon with tv, wifi.. but the best was the view on the sea and the nice garden… highly recommended !

Beautiful house to relax and enjoy the sea

We particularly enjoyed the private access point to the sea, right in a small, quiet bay. The two terraces are great for relaxed evenings outside. There is not really a lot in the area in terms of sightseeing, but if you are looking for a place to relax, swim, enjoy the beautiful scenery and go for a hike every now and then, this is the place for you.

WARNING: Location lovely, toxic admin

We selected the property based on beach access, which is truly lovely. Unfortunately the entire remaining experience was a disaster. Our arrival was scheduled for 20h00, which was deemed too late for the agent. As such, keys were deposited under a piece of bark and the gate access code transferred. Hence no proper handover took place. The agent showed up 2 days later, and late. Still no inventory or handover protocol, just cash collection and exhorbitant service charges for purchasing minimal groceries (mineral water, milk, coffee) The main advantage of the property is its location with beach access and the beautiful artwork. Otherwise, it is a family unit, with the main bedroom reserved for the owners, plumbing blocked (horrible stench throughout the house), cobwebs everywhere and catastrophic agents. The beds are intended for people shorter than 1m70 (in our case feet overhang the beds), and no communication if you don't speak french. We were literally chased out of the house at 9.30 am on date of departure - half hour early, and then our deposit was blocked for "defects" - not attributable to ourselves or stay - there had been hefty storms, which affected the outdoors, and our son left a teenage mess, which we would have cleaned had we not been chased, but were charge ridiculous additional cost for 5 cleaning staff. Hence our warning: Do a thorough inventory on arrival, take photographs, or you will regret everything and any holiday relief will be quashed.

Wunderschönes, mit Stil und Liebe eingerichtetes Haus mit großartiger Lage direkt am Meer mit kleinem Sandstrand, mehrere schöne Sitzgelegenheiten (auch windgeschützt hinter dem Haus, was sehr nützlich sein kann!), gut ausgestattete Küche, wunderschöne Umgebung - wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Laetitia vor Ort war sehr nett und unkompliziert und sie war gut erreichbar und hilfreich bei Problemen. Danke, dass wir hier unseren Urlaub verbringen durften!

Wunderschönes Haus an einem tollen Platz

Das komfortable Haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen Strand. Schöne, größere Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben Familienferien zu siebt gemacht und hatten perfekt Platz. Es gab gemütliche Liegen im Garten am Wasser, eine kleine windgeschützte Terrasse mit Grill auf der Rückseite des Hauses, eine Aussendusche und eine super ausgerüstete Küche. Es waren wunderschöne Ferien und wir kommen sicher einmal wieder.

Un petit paradis !

1 semaine en famille dans cet Éden c’est sûr que c’est trop court mais nous avons eu le temps d’apprécier la maison vraiment très agréable à vivre même en automne : (1 salle d’eau pour chaque chambre) 1 cuisine au top, vraiment bien équipée, 2 terrasses à utilisée selon, le soleil ou le vent, la plage au pied du jardin (pas mal de méduses sur les bords mais avec notre paddle cela nous permettait de nager plus loin). Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons profité quasi tous les jours du tennis de la résidence…. Au bord de l’eau ! L’emplacement est top pour visiter la région. Merci Sylvie, On reviendra 😉

Ein Paradies in Marine de Davia

Schon zum zweiten Mal haben wir drei Wochen Sommerferien an diesem wunderschönen Ort verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und die Lage, mit direktem Meerzugang, ist phänomenal. Alle Kontakte(Sylvie, Marie-Luce, Majid) die wir hatten waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jegliches Anliegen wurde sofort bestens angenommen und bearbeitet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Sylvies Paradies. Merci beacoup!

Traumhaus am Meer

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der direkte Meerzugang ist ein Traum. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Unsere nette Hausdame Marie-Luce war sofort zur Stelle als die Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer ausfiel und sie verständigte einen Techniker. Die Hausbesitzerin Sylvie hat uns als kleine Entschädigung sogar einen Geschenkkorb zukommen lassen! Vielen Dank. Korsika ist eine tolle Insel, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Ein absoluter Traum…

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist natürlich fantastisch. Wir waren die ersten Tage nur auf den Liegen im Garten gelegen und haben die Bucht genossen. Auch die Abwicklung und Übergabe war perfekt und alles bestens organisiert. Der Hausmeister Majid, bei dem ich mich auch ganz herzlich bedanken möchte, schaut immer wieder mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist und kümmert sich bestens. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit direktem Meerzugang durch den Garten. Das Haus ist geräumig und großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten und die Wäsche waren sehr gepflegt und appetitlich. Die Terrassen und Sitzplätze sind schön ausgestattet und man hat eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Garten ist groß und mit schönen Liegen, um nach dem Baden den Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind mit viel Geschmack und Liebe angelegt. Nachts ist nur das sanfte Rauschen des Meeres zu hören. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhausgebiet, L’Ile Rousse ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso ein großer Supermarkt. Wir hatten sehr netten und zuvorkommender Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts, vielen Dank! Vor Ort kümmerte sich der sehr nette Hausverwalter um unsere Belange, vielen Dank! Wir hatten schöne Ferien im Maison Paolina, vielen Dank, dass wir sie hier verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus am Meer

Das wirklich schöne Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Bucht, mit tollem Meerblick und gigantischer Wasserqualität. Man kann sich sofort wohlfühlen! Wenn man etwas größer gewachsen ist, ist die Länge der Betten schwierig, was bei uns für 3 Personen zutraf. Eine gute Ergänzung für den Aussenbereich wäre ein (mobiler) Sonnenschirm, den man zusammen mit den Liegen im Garten nutzen könnte. Wir können das Haus in jedem Fall empfehlen.

.... nur Abreisen möchte man nicht. Wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen.

Das Haus ist in einer sehr schönen privaten Villensiedlung gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hoch, Kunst und viele kleine Details führen dazu, dass man sich "zu Hause" fühlt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir, meine Frau und meine Kinder, haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Durch den unmittelbaren Zugang zum Meer ist ein Pool nicht erforderlich. Das Wasser ist unglaublich klar und Anfang Juli schon warm genug.
