The Marina is a set of four buildings up to 70m high, which punctuate the Bay of Angels. It is also a sometimes controversial architectural work that has earned it the heritage label of the twentieth century. The architect is André Minangoy. The construction, launched in 1968, has been spread over nearly 25 years. Today the 16 hectares are home to a marina with a capacity of 530 moorings from 6 m to 35 m at dock or pontoon, a shopping center and four giant pyramids evoking huge white waves.

The historic village of Villeneuve Loubet remains the center of the small city villeneuvoise. Vaugrenier Park contains a large number of ancient archaeological sites. The oldest is on the slopes of the hill in the center of the park, below a small farm dating from the first century wrongly called a Greco-Ligurian house by diggers of the 1960s.
