We had a great time. The place was clean and well equipped. The owners were very communicative if we had any questions. If we have the chance we would love to stay here again.
This property was just what we needed! Sharon was great to work with and very accommodating with all the travel changes. I would stay at her property if we are back in College Station!
This cute, quant home was just what we needed for graduation week. It is set on a beautiful, well-maintained piece of country property. We enjoyed the evenings out on the different porches available, and having a barbecue grill was perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Tinker were exceptional hosts. They were very welcoming and kind. They even allowed us to park our enclosed trailer for moving our son on their property during our stay and a small gathering to celebrate our son's graduation. It took about 20 minutes to get to the surrounding areas. If you don't mind that and want a peaceful place to stay, with the only sound being nature and the train, which is impossible to escape while in the CSTAT/Bryan areas, then this is the place for you. Mr. & Mrs. Tinker, thank you again for helping make our stay memorable for such a special occasion.
This was the coolest little house we’ve yet to rent. The property is several acres with two rentals and the main home, which is occupied by the owners. The house was very clean and well-appointed, cute as anything and because it’s out in the country, it was quiet!!! In fact, when we stepped out of the car and felt the breeze and heard no ambient city noises, we breathed a sigh of relief. Wonderful place. Highly recommend!
This was a perfect base for graduation weekend! The house is less than 20 minutes from College Station and we were able to avoid any heavy traffic. It was peaceful and well appointed and had all we needed. It wasn’t the kind of weekend we could make the most of them, but there were several chairs on the wrap around porch we would have made more of if we could! Beds were comfy and the whole house was clean. Recommend!
Cute cottage with everything you’ll need. My adult daughter and I stayed here for a weekend retreat and it was perfect. Nice and quiet and very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and beds were comfortable to sleep in. Would definitely recommend this place!
We made last minute reservation for the TAMU vs AL, football game. Short drive into town about 15 minutes. It was perfect, and the cost was great for that weekend. Would stay again.
We enjoyed this property over a football weekend. It was nice to get out of the gameday crowds but it wasn't too far away from campus to become inconvenient. It was easy to go into downtown Bryan and have a nice meal. House is cute with great porches for good weather.
We were working an event near by for almost a week. Way better than staying at a hotel. You have your own space and ability to cook if you so choose. Would stay there again.
I came into town for a football weekend and didn't stay at the property for much more than to sleep - but the place was in great shape, clean and clearly had what anyone would need for a pair of couples or a family of four to stay.
We loved the quiet property and the cottage was perfect for our family’s needs. The host was very helpful and quick to communicate when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.
