Lovely condo. Very clean and comfortable. We loved staying here.

This is our second visit to the condo and will definitely select staying here again. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The decor is perfect. The owners have done a fantastic job with this property.

Perfect place for our first time in Port A

We have three kids and this was our first time to Port A. The condo was perfect for our long getaway weekend - clean, comfy and stylishly cozy. We loved being able to see the water from our window/balcony and the private beach access was nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the sun before the summer crowds

Enjoyed our second stay at this property in Grand Caribbean in Port Aransas. Quiet, comfortable, clean and great view of the beach and waves. Only thing needed was a sign to let us know we reached the address. There is no property sign except on the building. The drive to the property and entrance are not lighted which is difficult at night. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Relaxing in Port Aransas

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The balcony was a great place to relax and listen to the waves. The beach was clean. The kitchen was handy as we made breakfast so we could hit the beach early! I would stay here again. Lots of amazing restaurants with great seafood. And the dolphins off Robert’s Point!!

First trip to TX

We had a nice stay. The place was as advertised and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Kitchen was well appointed and had all the appliances and cookware we needed to cook our meals, and the some. There is some construction in the abutting property and the next door unit was undergoing renovations, otherwise I would have have given a five out of five. Great stay.

Perfect Port A location

Everyone had a great time at the Grand Caribbean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Two coffee pots were provided. One Keurig and one 12 cup coffee maker. Everything was exceptionally CLEAN!! The remodel was tastefully done and we loved the “beachy” decor. We enjoyed sunrises on the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Beautiful view! The condo was exceptionally quiet and the boardwalk to the beach is literally right next to the pool with a short walk to the beach. No other condos next to us which meant the beach had few people right in front of us. The location is absolutely perfect with Port A a short distance in one direction and a huge HEB in the other direction. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. Will definitely be back for a return visit!

This place was great - the beds were comfortable, the condo was spotless, and the location is great - literally a 2 minute walk to the beach down a private access. The pool was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Port Aransas condo

It was a good location for us to take day trips to different birding locales, but it is a bit removed from the main town of Port Aransas. The furniture was workable but kind of cheap. Didn't have any real issues.

Condo was a good location and as expected. Clean and the unit is well maintained. But the entrance from highway 361 is dangerous and has no lighting to indicate entrance, no signage and is not maintained.

Wonderful time on the island.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed sunrise from the balcony one morning with entertainment provided by a group of seagulls. Highly recommended.

Ocean View

This place was perfect for our family vacation (6 people). The condo is very clean! You can see the ocean from the condo, and can hear the waves from the balcony. I cooked every meal so the kitchen was nice. It’s a short and easy walk to the beach. The pool is next to a natural area which was very relaxing. The pool was very clean with shade and lounge chairs. Overall the complex was well kept. Lydia was very responsive when we needed anything. We definitely look forward to staying again!

Birthday Weekend

The location of this property is perfect! The condo was super cute! However; when we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes & there were no trash bags in the trash cans. No biggie. The bigger issue was the plumbing. The tub & sink in the 2nd bathroom drained very slow until the sink stopped draining completely. It was gross and unusable. I would verify the plumbing issues have been resolved before I booked a reservation.
