Clean, modern and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath in West Boca. Located in quiet & safe community. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, movie theater & groceries. In walking distance from Evert Tennis Academy.
Neighborhood is quiet & safe. The property is located on a great intersection. Close to shops, restaurants, movie theater, LA Fitness, groceries (Publix & Fresh Market). Target is 5 minutes away!
The apartment is 1025 sqft. It is located in a quiet & safe neighborhood in West Boca Raton. Close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and much much more. The apartment has a completely equipped kitchen with a huge granite countertop and cabinet lighting. Fresh towels & linens for each guest. Futon can be used as additional bedding and we can add an extra rollaway bed at no additional charge (just need to arrange for it to be set up prior to check-in). Peaceful balcony with turf overlooking the complex.
There is no parking right in front of the building but guests can park on any available parking in the complex (no assigned parking). There is a walkway to the property.
If you need any baby equipment (high chair, pack & play) please let us know and we can try to arrange those for you.
Bugs & Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and do not leave food out that tends to attract them.
