White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

Unit#118 has 920 interior square feet with a 196 square foot lanai with Pool & Ocean Views! Ceramic tile throughout. Washer & dryer in the unit. Very Large covered lanai! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle.

Queen Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. An Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous furnishings and Art Work to create an inviting experience to have the perfect Hawaiian Vacation!

ALL BOOKINGS NEED TO BE MADE AT LEAST 4 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ALLOWED THAT DON'T MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS. The owners and housekeeping appreciate your understanding.

Clean and Fully equipped
We loved our stay at this property. This is right in front of the Magic Sand Beach. The communication with the property management was very swift. Blake always responded to all my questions and requests very quickly. We didn't have any issues here. Its a quick 10 mins drive to happening downtown kona. And little over an hour drive away from most of the attractions either on the kohala side or the south side of the island. It would have been better of the living room was a little more roomier. This property has a parking spot right is right next to the elevator and even the rental itself is right in front of the elevator and that made it very easy move our luggage in and out. There is plenty of beach equipment available here we used 4 beach chairs, 1 lounge chair, 3 bodysurf boards, two beach mats, 2 umbrellas, 1 cooler, and a couple floating devices. (There are more stuff if needed). The pool area and the BBQ area is spacious, it good that the white sands beach managment takes care of cleaning this area frequently. Restroom near the pool are very clean. TV is little small and picture is not that clear as most recent led TVs, however, since we were exploring outside most of the time and only spent very less time watching TV that wasn't an issue for us. Plenty of extra linens and pillows, sheets and comforters. I would love to stay at this property agin on my next visit.

Amazing Kona Holiday
Perfect place for being close to everything in Kona and also quiet and private. Loved the condo and great kitchen with everything for meal prep. Across the street from beach and a great restaurant. Highly recommend.
