White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

Unit#118 has 920 interior square feet with a 196 square foot lanai with Pool & Ocean Views! Ceramic tile throughout. Washer & dryer in the unit. Very Large covered lanai! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle.

Queen Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. An Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous furnishings and Art Work to create an inviting experience to have the perfect Hawaiian Vacation!

ALL BOOKINGS NEED TO BE MADE AT LEAST 4 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ALLOWED THAT DON'T MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS. The owners and housekeeping appreciate your understanding.

A fantastic apartment with everything needed for a great stay. The furniture was all comfortable, the balcony overlooks the attractive pool/bbq area, the kitchen is comprehensively fitted out with quality equipment. The condo is directly across the road from a cultural site and a stunning swimming beach with great waves. We have loved this stay!

I love the location and accessibility of stores, restaurants and best part beach. The beach is right across the small street. The hosting company is very attentive and the home has everything you could possibly need. It’s been 6 months from our stay and my kids still talk about this vacation.

Fantastic unit directly across from La Aloa Beach Park. Unit is clean, has all the beach gear you would ever need and is conveniently located by the elevator, near the pool and close to its parking spot. I strongly recommend this unit for you Hawaii island vacation

Great location and good ocean view.

If there were half stars, I'd give this condo 4 1/2 stars. It is quite small, but comfortable. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, and the beach area will be even nicer when the construction is done. I did not give it a perfect rating because, at a minimum, the kitchen floor and some furnishings need to be updated. Just a warning if you're retired and like peace and quite - try to get a unit in the upper building of the complex. That is because people really enjoy the pool that is between the two lower buildings. As a result, there is "happy" noise from the swimmers, especially in the evening.

We would definitely recommend this place to others and plan on returning sometime in the future!
