The apartment on the ground floor is spacious, tastefully decorated. It includes a beautiful living room room separated by a large shelf for additional sleeping. The room is also spacious. The 3 rooms (bedroom, kitchen, living room) overlook the garden, southern exposure. The bathroom has a spa bath. The living room and the kitchen overlook the garden where it is good to rest. The only noises are the seagulls and the boats in the distance. Leaving the small condominium (5 co-owners, 1s floor, you are on the coastal paths of Conleau. You can make beautiful walks on foot or by bike. The city of Vannes is 1.5 km away. You reach the port of Vannes very quickly. Close to the apartment, you have a swimming pool open sea water (public). You will have no trouble parking in the shady courtyard of the condo.

Rapport qualité prix faible. Très mauvaise impression en arrivant , vaisselle dépareillée, verres fêlés,lave-vaisselle vide mais puant avec des restes de nourriture. La salle de bain est encombrée et rien n’est très net. Cet appartement n’a rien d’un appartement de vacances.

We had a very great time at this Apartment, Nice Garden. Enterieur all in very good shape, however a shower cabin would be good, the bathtub with no curtain made it a bit more complicated not to set the Bath room under water. Yet, this did not at all made our two weeks stay less joyfull. Fully recommendation to stay there, we would come back any time. Francoise as well very helpful in case and very nice. Good ans easy handing over process.

Very pleasant apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay. The quiet location is excellent - not far from the water and an easy walk into Vannes. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. However, it is not simply a rental property but appears to be someone’s home. This has a certain charm - but it does mean that there is a very limited space to hang and place clothes. Parking is just outside the property and entirely secure. Our hostess was welcoming and helpful.

Petit paradis de Conleau dans son écrin de nature et proximité de Vannes et du golfe.

Séjour bien agréable dans l'appartement de Françoise qui correspondait à nos attentes en matière de nature à proximité et de richesses touristiques des plus variées. Le calme du lieu et le jardin sous les fenêtres ont contribué à l'agrément du séjour.

Appartement au calme bien situé. Proche, à pied et en vélo, de la pointe de Conleau.

Dans une petite copropriété avec cour-parking ombragé, appartement type F2 agréable et bien équipé disposant d'un accès direct sur le jardin par un escalier en bois délicat à pratiquer. 1 chambre avec 1 lit 2 places + 1 lit d'appoint dans le salon (canapé lit). Le logement est situé à proximité immédiate d'un espace naturel boisé protégé menant , à pied ou en vélo, au bord de mer et à la pointe de Conleau; passage en bateau vers le golfe du Morbihan. La pointe de Conleau dispose d'une piscine d'eau de mer (entretien difficile selon les autochtones...) et d'une petite plage (avec douche d'eau douce). Un bel endroit. Le logement est proche du centre ville de Vannes et du port de Vannes départ d'excursions vers le golfe. Proximité commerces.
