The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.

Highly recommend - great hosts

A few things that were stand out items for our family: Great, nice furniture Clean, stocked bathrooms (hand soap and small shampoo/conditioner, tissue paper) Stocked, nice kitchen Pools were very nice Walking distance to mall, shops, restaurants, etc ...so much was close by Pickleball was only 20-25 minutes away (Horizon or La Cholla parks) We had 4 adults - one of us slept on the couch no problem, very comfortable. Great experience!

Great except for the rigid check times

This was a great place to stay. Not easy to find the unit but we did arrive later in the day (around 8:00pm). Wanted a later checkout time and was refused.

Great location, Comfortable home

This condo is very comfortable, with plenty of room for 4 adults. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) and a full bath upstairs, and a nice and spacious living area, 1/2 bath and kitchen downstairs. The location is perfect, within a short and easy walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, Fashion Square Mall, and Old Town Scottsdale.
