- Maximum capacity is strictly 15 guests (this includes babies and infants) due to insurance regulations; no exceptions.
- Unoverlooked chalet situated in the heart of the village, tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac with 360° panoramic views of surrounding hills and forests.
- For safety, we do not rent to groups of young people without an experienced adult (minimum age 28).
- The property is not suitable for birthdays and parties; quietness must be respected, especially after 10pm. No smoking indoors, no pets.
- Parking on site included; cleaning is included in the price. Towels and sheets can be rented on site at 5 euros per person each.
- Tourist tax: 2.5 euros per person per night, payable on arrival.
