Semi-detached farmhouse on one side located near the beaches (260 meters) and the city center (460 meters).
The accommodation consists of a ground floor with a living room, a kitchen area and a shower room with WC; and a partitioned mezzanine inside which is a bedroom (double bed and storage space).
The surface area of the accommodation is 20 m² - Carrez law. However, the mezzanine has a comfortable ceiling height, which brings the usable area to around 26 m².
The farmhouse also has:
