Located in the characterful village of Saint-Rabier, 4Km from the A89, authentic house of 100m2 (not accessible to wheelchairs) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 bunk beds), 1 shower room, 2 WCs , 1 large living room of 42 M2 with fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 2 TV, 1 terrace and garden, large tarmac courtyard, 1 covered courtyard.

In the village you will find a children's playground, a boules court, a grocery store / bar / tobacco shop and hiking departures. Many markets and shops within 10 minutes.

In the surrounding area you can enjoy numerous swimming in the pool or in the water.

All the main tourist sites of Périgord are reachable within 1 hour by car. Within a radius of 20km you will find Montignac-Lascaux, Terrasson and the gardens of the imagination, the typical villages of Fanlac and St Léon sur Vézère, the castles of Hautefort and Losse, the caves of Tourtoirac and Rouffignac ... ..

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint Rabier dans cette charmante maison bien équipée. Nous avons été bien accueillis et guidés par nos hôtes. La situation de la maison nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses durant la semaine passée là bas.

Second séjour ... toujours aussi agréable !!!

Et ce n'est sans doute pas la dernière fois !!! Il y a tant à découvrir en Périgord que l'on se sent obligé de revenir : la location est très bien située, ni trop éloignée des sites et grottes à visiter, ni trop proche de ceux-ci pour préserver le calme recherché pour des vacances agréables. Les propriétaires sont entièrement dévoués et à l'écoute. On ne peut que recommander ce gite bien équipé, confortable, sans oublier le côté authentique des vielles pierres de la bâtisse.

Un séjour très agréable

Le séjour à Saint Rabier a été très agréable, très jolie maison super équipée et le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Village très calme situé au cœur d’un Périgord ensorcelant. Je conseille vivement cette villégiature.

Un site calme, idéalement positionné pour nos balades, avec des voisins charmants et accueillants. Une maison de famille "dans son jus". Quelques rangements à disposition seraient judicieux dans les chambres, ainsi qu'une porte vitrée pour la douche.

Maison de famille pleine de charme. Située au coeur d'un joli petit village. Situation géographie idéale, plein d'activités et de visite différentes (grottes, châteaux, etc) accessibles à moins d'une heure de route. Super accueil des propriétaires bienveillants et pleins de bons conseils.

Cadre parfait rompre avec le ryhtme de la région parisienne ou d'une grande ville !

Nous avons été bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui ont pris le temps - à l'arrivée de nous faire visiter et de nous remettre la documentation pour les activités aux alentours, - comme sur le départ pour recueillir nos impressions. La maison est agréable et authentique. Cuisine, terrasse et salle à manger spacieux pour nos repas familiaux.

Très satisfaits

Une charmante maison spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire ( matériels et vaisselles mis à disposition très complets). Des hôtes d'une immense amabilité, un accueil chaleureux et une communication parfaite. La terrasse est très agréable mais le jardin annoncé est plutôt un jardinet et en pente comme la cour d'ailleurs ( simplement pour prévenir les familles avec des enfants en bas âge comme les nôtres qu'il est difficile d'en profiter). Mais nous étions peu présents car la région regorge de merveilles à visiter donc cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gênés. Je recommande vivement cette location!!

Belle maison de village avec beaucoup de place. Convient parfaitement pour une famille de 5 personnes comme la mienne mais aussi un peu plus. L'espace est vraiment grand et il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires même si la décoration est ancienne. Nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires ainsi que par le voisinage. La maison est proche de Lascaux et du château de Hautefort. Le village est tranquille mais il n'y a pas trop de commerces. Je vous conseille cette location.
