The Nord Grande-Terre region offers many possibilities for sightseeing, hiking, water sports and culinary tours.
The house offers 100 m2 of single-level living space and outdoor areas planted with fruit trees (papaya, coconut, mango, banana), perfect for relaxing after a day's activities (deckchairs and barbecue available).
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with shutters to guarantee a good night's rest.
Shower room and WC are separate.
The 60 m2 living room, with its high ceilings, is a pleasant, airy living space.
