About this property

Small oasis in the heart of Mouans Sartoux

Bright villa of 120 m², ground floor on a plot of 700m2, quietly located in a cul-de-sac, swimming pool facing south, large shaded terrace under a vine pergola. Our little oasis will allow you to enjoy your stay in a place full of charm close to all amenities, and 200 meters from the center of Mouans-Sartoux.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 sanitary, and an outdoor shower near the pool. A pleasant and bright living space open to the kitchen, with a large terrace shaded by a pergola with vineyards.

A 3.5x10 salt pool with a depth of 1m at one end, and 1.70m at the other end. A cloakroom is available next to the pool.

The pool is surrounded by terraces facing south and lots of greenery (olive, apricot, vines, bamboo) with sunny and shaded areas. You will find different dining and rest areas.

The villa was built in 2004, very high ceilings in the living room with exposed beams, warm and full of positive energy. It feels good and we sleep well.

The villa is secured by a fence that surrounds the entire property and an automatic gate. Two parking spaces are available for a large car and a small car.

The villa is located in a dead end of the alley of Roses, close to all amenities, with Biocoop, Botanic, Epicerie Boomerang, Auchan, Picard, pharmacies, restaurants (Le Sot leaves it, Le Petit Bouchon, Pizzeria Le Vieux Four , Glacier, Pub craft beer, etc.), shops, and bookstores. Market on Tuesday and Thursday. Vidal, local producer of fruit and vegetables ...

The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Beach 20 minutes, Nice airport 35 minutes.

The Old Village of Mougins is located at 5 minutes: one of the most beautiful villages of France .... picturesque ...., its breathtaking panorama and its restaurants, its art galleries.

The four golf courses known worldwide located between 5 and 15 minutes around the house: Royal Mougins, Mougins Country Club, Saint Donat Mouans Sartoux, Valbonne, Opio.
The village of Valbonne 10 minutes.

Our house is ideal for families with children.

Entertainment: Cinema La Strada, media library, castle park, petanque, and nearby Bois des Lutins (Villeneuve-Loubet), Marineland and La Petite Ferme (Antibes).

Belle ambiance familiale

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison spatieuse et confortable. La piscine est propice aux jeux et natation .Emplacement au calme , proche de Grasse , Cabris , Mougins , Gordon qui valent bien Cannes et sa superficialité. Antibes nous a plu, à proximité également. Merci à Mérième et François pour leur accueil et grande patience à l’arrivée !

Merveilleux séjour détente et culturel en famille

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cette belle maison de Mouans Sartoux où François et Mérième ont tout mis en oeuvre pour nous faire plaisir. La propriété est propre, calme, accueillante (avec sa terrasse ombragée et sa belle piscine) et très bien située près des visites incontournables de la région ( villages, villes, plages, commerces...). Si nous le pouvons, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! famille COLLET

Séjour agréable dans une maison et une ville sympathiques

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison. Le quartier est calme et en plein coeur de Mouans ; on a accès rapidement aux commerces à pied. La localisation est donc très intéressante. La maison est agréable, correctement équipée et nous avons surtout apprécié la piscine durant cet été caniculaire ; sa taille est suffisante et permet de se rafraîchir mais aussi de faire quelques mouvements de natation. Les voisins étaient plutôt silencieux et les haies suffisamment hautes pour avoir de l'intimité. La relation avec les propriétaires a été courtoise et efficace - Nous avons même eu un SMS de bienvenue ; ils étaient absents mais des amis se sont parfaitement occupés de nous accueillir. Pour conclure, un séjour agréable que nous aurions volontiers prolongé. Sorry for English readers - I don't have enough time for translating myself but the conclusion is : nice town/region and nice house. Für die deutsche Leser : es tu mir Leid aber ich habe keine Zeit um meine Sätze zu übersetzen. Als Schlusswort : schönes Haus und schöne Stadt/Region.
