The house features cleaning products, ironing equipment, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 30 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.7 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own towels.
Parking is available at location (some charges may be applied). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
A ski locker is at your disposal.
The rental includes a fixed price for electricity consumption of 5kw/h/day at 0.15€ per kw/h. the price of heating is not included (electricity and wood) and will be charged in addition to your rental. the additional kw/h are charged at 0.15€. wood is charged at 70€ per stere (about 2€ per log).
