Detached house Alta Rocca
Detached house completely renovated 50 m2 with a large fenced garden.
The house is very bright (facing south) and it consists of:
- a kitchen open to a living room Fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven ...)
- a living room with sofa bed (very comfortable mattress), TV, wood stove and dining table.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and dressing room.
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a double bed and a desk.
- WIFI connection
- a sunny terrace open to the living room (table and chairs)
The outdoor area (700 m2) includes a garden room, a large convivial table and a barbecue.
The house is located 20 minutes from the needles of Bavella and the plateau of Coscionu, 40 minutes from the beaches of Propriano and about 1 hour from Porto Vecchio.
This house is ideal if you like outdoor sports (hiking, climbing, canyoning, swimming in the river ...) or if you want to explore the villages of Alta Rocca and Southern Corsica.
