Spacious two bedroom condo/townhome with fully stocked kitchen, dining room, enclosed outdoor patio and living room. I keep it immaculately clean and disinfect between guests. Additionally there is a laundry facility.

There is high speed Wi-Fi, a large flat screen television (which uses Sling). A full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

There is a sofa-sleeper in the living room (as you can see from the pictures).

There are three parking spots that accompany the unit also.

This was my second stay at this townhouse. Property perfect for my needs in Lawrence. Owners very responsive to any issues or questions. Had all the amenities I needed for an extended stay. Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Lawrence.

Beautiful, artistic, Sofi's Sunflower

Management thought of everything. Fully equipped kitchen from pots and pans and coffee makers with coffee, to dinner ware. Caring attention to detail such as having your choice of band aids available in the bathrooms if you get an owie. This townhouse is carefully color coordinated with rooms of Sunflower colors, themes and plants. In a quiet area, great for walking to market or the park. Convenient bus system just down the street. Total comfort.

Property was perfect for my needs - close to downtown, perfect size for the price, enough in the kitchen to let me cook with plenty of counter space. Owners were awesome, very helpful and considerate of my space. Excellent communication about COVID precautions, which was very important to me. Will definitely be back for future visits. Great place for the price

Everything was great. Fold out couch needs work, but I’ve never slept in a comfortable one before . Over all great place for the price.

We converted this condo to a vacation rental because when we travel we like to use these type of accommodations. Hopefully, we have thought of everything to make a person feel like this is their home.

Why they chose this property

The city of Lawrence is a college town and generally very safe. This Condo is located in a small section of town homes that is safe, close to the University but also close for shopping and dining. You can walk to the local grocery store from the Condo.

What makes this property unique

We are somewhat foodies, so we have a lot of spices and kitchenware for you to use. The beds are very comfy and nice with high quality linens. We set this condo up in the manner we would want if we were traveling.
