Lacked cleanliness

There were no directions on how to check in, we assumed that the open camper door was our invitation in. We didn’t know how to use the fans, ac or heat-no directions were provided and we couldn’t get the fans to come on. There were also no directions on how to check out other than “leave the keys in the camper.” Several of the amenities listed were not actually included, such as the toaster, hair dryer, tv/DVD player and the kitchenette. We had a multi day stay and brought groceries with us only to find the stove taped shut with a sign asking for it to not be used, so we found the hot plate which barely worked and then the dishes that were provided were metal so we couldn’t use the microwave. Moving on to the cleanliness factor, when we arrived there were food crumbs on the dinette cushions, dirt and debris on the dining table/vent hood and stove area, as well as hair on the shower walls and floor. The worst part of the issue were two pillowcases that had what looked like blood on them as well as the bottom corner of the sheets where the sheets tuck around the mattress-this is disgusting and unsanitary, I have added some pictures for your review. For the price that we paid to stay in your camper at your Rv park we expected a better experience than this.
