An old renovated farmhouse very comfortable, contemporary decor, sleeps 11, pool of 4m x 8m. The house is in the countryside and 7 km from the center of Avignon and 2km from shops. Henhouse with fresh eggs every morning. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed on the ground floor with independent entrance, Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 open bedroom with double bed and other beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 laundry.
Barbecue, ping-pong, table football.
Not suitable for very young children because the pool is not closed.

TRÈS BON SEJOUR

Très bonne communication avec Valentine la propriétaire. Bon accueil sympa et détendu. La maison est bien rénovée, très spacieuse, une grande cuisine hyper pratique pour préparer les repas à plusieurs, la partie nuit peut être séparée en 2 espaces distincts, idéal quand on est plusieurs familles. Les extérieurs sont également très agréables, ombre ou soleil selon les envies de chacun. Bref une quinzaine en famille au top. Idées d'amélioration : 1 salon de jardin pour profiter des soirées estivales et des parasols au bord de la piscine.

Charmante propriété bien au calme qui a besoin d’un bon nettoyage

Endroit calme et paisible… grande propriété agréable. Cependant, la propreté n’était pas au rdv …la propreté et le manque d’entretien intérieure et extérieure font défaut. La vaisselle et les verres ( pas de flûte , pas de vaisselle harmonieuse) mis à disposition ne sont pas appropriés pour une location de ce prix. Les moustiques sont inévitables tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Bref, belle propriété qui besoin d’un grand nettoyage.

Je suis désolé mais le ménage est systématiquement fait à fond, qu'il n'y ait pas de flûte à champagne, et que la vaisselle soit dépareillée alors qu'il ne s'agit que des verres à eau pour que chaque utilisateur reconnaisse le sien (covid oblige) ne vous permet pas de donner un commentaire qui donne l'impression d'une maison sale! C'est une maison familiale et non une résidence de luxe. Nous avons répondu à vos exigences (un transat par personne alors qu'il y a plein de fauteuils de jardin). Vous devriez louer dans le Luberon, il y a des propriétés de luxe mais qui ne seront pas au même tarif.
