Welcome to The Peach Cottage! Be sure to pack your swimsuit and sandals! Our sweet little cottage is within walking distance to beautiful Lake Huron, near Rush Lake, Pinnebog River, Sleepers State Park, and many other Thumb favorites. Whether you're visiting for Cheeseburger Festival, planning a trip to Turnip Rock, or just looking to relax near the water, The Peach Cottage is the perfect place for a family, group or couple. You won't want to leave!

*Pet Owners!* Please note that our backyard is not fully fenced in. Although there are many beaches that allow pups in the Caseville/Port Austin area, the beach that is within walking distance to The Peach Cottage does not allow pups. Please keep this in mind if you plan to bring along your pup.

*Please Note* The Peach Cottage does not have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, or central A/C. We are on a well, however filtered water is provided. We are on a septic so please be mindful of this (all food should be discarded in the trash - not down the sink, and only TP, pee pee, and poo poo down the toilet please!).

*If you plan on using the futons: please pack your own bedding/pillows. Please note the sunroom (where the futons are located) is not insulated and can be a bit chilly in the fall.

*Amenities Included* Fresh bedding, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo & soap, dishware, an outdoor grill, firewood, and 2 bikes.

Perfect quiet place near Lake Huron!

Me and my dog LOVED staying at this cottage! It’s so cute and right in the middle of Caseville and Port Austin - both very dog friendly. The host was really quick to respond to anything I needed! 10/10 stay

Super cute cottage. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything was clean and well stocked on what you need. Love the gameroom. Would definitely go back.

Caseville Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully restored cottage with all the amenities. Very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. In a quiet location not far from downtown Caseville and close to Sleeper State Park and some great beaches. Awesome place. We'll definitely be back soon!

Best cabin yet

We absolutely loved our time in the Peach cottage. First impression was how clean it was. Our host thought of everything. There was filtered water for us and dogs, a shed with bikes and pool floats, a fire pit with a ton of cut wood, chairs by the fire, short walk to the beach. Best part was how welcoming it is to dogs. They loved their vacation too.

Great time for a family trip.

We stayed for a long 4th of July weekend. My daughter didn't want to leave. It was comfortable four our family of 4, and our dog too. We enjoyed the sandy backyard for a fire and castle building. They had a bunch of board games that we had fun playing with too. It was a great trip.

Much needed stay...

The kids needed a break away from the monotony of remote learning. We wish we could stay all week but back to the grind. This is our home away from home! Love it here. Kristen is so accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Keep up the great work!

Clean, cute and cozy. Weather prevented us from using the fire pit but looked like a nice set up. Had some questions for owner and she answered right away. The only complaint would be the sulfur smelling water.

Dream Getaway at Peach Cottage 🍑

Kristen & Tim were our lifesavers! We were having all of our hardwood floors refinished in our home, I called everywhere for a place to stay that would take us with our 2 pups. We had the best time! The cottage is new & fresh, the neighborhood was so peaceful and serene. It was exactly what we needed! We were really close to Lake Huron as well. We had a small glitch in the beginning but Kristen & Tim went above and beyond to remedy the issue! They were so kind and stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was taken care of. The cottage has every amenity you could ever need! It is thoughtfully appointed and is close to Caseville & Port Austin both. We will certainly we back! Thank you again for a wonderful time ♥️

The property was very clean and beautiful. my wife and I and the two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup was the cable television reception. We were very frustrated with not being able to watch live Netwerk TV. None of the national networks were available, this includes CBS NBC ABC and Fox.

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time at the Peach Cottage! The cottage is super clean and very cute! We loved the enclosed porch area with the record player and bar area. The Sandy back yard is quiet and peaceful- we enjoyed an evening fire. The distance to everything is great- easy drive to downtown caseville to walk around or visit the beach and breakwall. The neighborhood beach is so nice and such a short drive/walk. We went around 10am everyday and it was just us which my daughter loved. Amazing property and we can’t wait to come back!!!

This was a great location for the beach. The beds provided were comfortable. The towels were plush. The sun room with the record collection was amazing! The backyard was awesome for having a fire (firewood provided! All around a great stay!

Tranquil cottage

The Peach Cottage is quaint, charming, clean, and located in a quiet wooded area just a short walk to the beach. I especially appreciated that it is well ventilated and not musty like so many cottages near the Lake! Conveniently located between Caseville and Port Austin, but a short drive to Sleeper State Park and Port Crescent. Our dogs loved chasing each other in the sandy backyard and daily walks on the quiet dirt roads through the woods in the immediate neighborhood, and we enjoyed the fire pit, swing, and peace and quiet.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect little beach house for the 3 of us. Great location, and shared private beach across the road is very nice. Our son loved the enclosed porch/game room. Backyard is big and nice for cookouts and bonfires. We fell in love with Caseville and all it had to offer!

Just what the doctor ordered!

This was a last minute mini vaca i planned with our twin girls and their best friend just to allow them some fun before their virtual learning school year begins. For me it was a break away from the hustle bustle. We would like to take this little place back home with us! We love it here and are sad to leave. Fabulous, quaint cottage home. The girls LOVE the long table top in the sun room. Thank you!!
