Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, Check-In hat super geklappt. Das Haus von Aussen sehr schön.Leider schmutzig, schmuddelig als wäre nach den letzten Gästen nicht gereinigt worden. Der Strand und Umgebung konnten uns auch nicht begeistern. Peloponnes gerne wieder, aber nicht an dieser Küste.

I am sorry for this review, we were for half an hour during check in and had no comments about the cleanness of the house ,now about the beach and the sea it depends on the way the wind blows in order to have tranquility or waves, no one can order weather conditions .On the other hand if you had objections about the cleanness of the house I could have send the cleaning lady within an hour to clean up again.

Perfect.

Perfect.Just perfect! Everything was perfect. The house is wonderful,inside is so coll and it's really 20 from the sea.The beach is also nice and there is not a lot of people there.Near to the house there is a gorgeous restaurants with greek cuisine.It's very good for biking.The owner Akis is very accurate,friendly and helpful.If you need something,just call him.And the neighbours also.It was a beautiful vacation for me and my family.If you searching for real rest go immediately there.The water is so clean an calm.Like i said it was perfect,just perfect. Thanks Akis.

Why they chose this property

I was in the area and I found the land ,so close to this beautiful sea ,it was and still is so clean and quite and close by to a city like Aigion with all necessary facilities .I bought the land and next I built two stone made houses and although the cost was and still is higher yet are such as one has not maintenance cost and they are houses for ever.Whenever I stay in this house I feel so relaxed ,I hear birds ,the sound of the sea ,I go to swim without the need of a car .

What makes this property unique

It is cosy for the winter you feel protected and warm ,and it is cool and open in the summer time ,ideal for families with kids also for older people .
