At the foot of the village of Cadiere d'Azur, 4 minutes walk from the center, we offer this charming new T2 adjoining and independent of our house.
The housing of 35 m2 consists of a main room with sofa bed 160cm, flat screen 100cm, the kitchen is equipped with induction hob and oven nine.
The bedroom has a bed 160 cm and a shower and sink.
Independent toilet.
The accommodation is fully air conditioned with Wi-Fi access.
Sheets and towels are provided.
10 minutes from Bandol, its vineyards and beaches; 6 km from St Cyr sur Mer. The Paul Ricard circuit is 15 km away.
Owners on site, independent and separate housing.
We will be at your disposal to inform you during your stay.
The neighborhood is quiet, residential without being isolated.
Parking space and private terrace at your disposal.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Cadière d'Azur. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région et se baigner (Le Castelet, Saint Cyr, Bandol...). Cécile et sa famille nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse.

Right-sized & Served Our Needs

We stayed here to attend the Formula 1 French Grand Prix, and with our premium parking pass, it was just 1/2 hour to Circuit Paul Ricard. VERY convenient, without the crowds of spots nearer the Circuit. Peaceful! The apartment is spacious for 2 adults; the mattresses are passably comfortable; the apartment was very clean. Note: the exterior photos clearly show the stairs ~ there is no handrail, so be OK with that. Our helpful hints to the very kind owners / to the next people to rent here: - have it stocked OR guest brings when they arrive - extra toilet paper; kitchen wrap (plastic, foil, etc; paper towels; some coffee pods and sugar and cream, maybe a few food items in case guests arrive late & could not get to grocery store before arrival. A blanket per bed would be nice! Another tip: instructions and map and list of local services ~ restaurants, boulangerie, grocery stores, etc - should also be provided in English & other languages as needed. :-) Lovely couple, sweet cat, an overall nice peaceful place!

Très agréable séjour

Notre hôtesse s'est montré aussi disponible que discrète et très sympathique et attentionnée. Encore merci à elle. Logement propre, joli et fonctionnel dans un village charmant et vivant. Bien situé, à quelques kilomètres des plages, et dans un paysage très boisé et vallonné donnant envie de revenir visiter le Var. Ma fille et moi nous y sommes senties très bien. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement bien agencé et équipé avec une vue bien dégagée et beaucoup de calme ! Accueil vraiment très sympathique et localisation parfaite (accès à 5mn à pieds au pittoresque centre ville de la Cadière d'Azur et ses commerces) La climatisation a été aussi un atout vu la chaleur du mois d'août ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter un instant !

Notre séjour à la Cadière d’Azur fut très agréable et une belle découverte d’un lieu plein de charme. Sans parler de l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons pu recevoir de la part des propriétaires. L’appartement que nous avons occupé, quant à lui, était à la hauteur de nos espérances et vraiment propre et bien agencé. Le cadre dans lequel cet appartement est situé est calme et reposant tout en restant proche du centre ville à pieds. Une bonne adresse que nous n’hésiterons pas réutiliser si nous repartons dans la région pour de prochaines vacances.
