Brassens "Nous avons eu énormément de problème dans se logement : Le ménage était partiel (wc dans un état pitoyable avec excréments, des poils de l’ancien locataire partout derrière les portes dans les joints, placard de la cuisine et poignées grasses et collantes, vaisselle rangé avec de l’eau dedans, tiroir à couvert avec des restes alimentaire, le frigo, micro-ondes et four dans le même état que l’ensemble de la cuisine). La machine à café hs au bout de 2 jours, la machine à laver hs également. Les évacuations bouchées. Pas de chauffage car ce n’est pas la saison (18 degrés). La chaudière c’est mis en défaut 1 jour, donc pas d’eau chaude ce jour là. Une forte odeur de renfermé, humidité des qu’on rentre dans le logement, mais aussi de cigarette dans l’une des chambres. Bref ça a été un calvaire, nous sommes venu 3 semaines pour une formation intense, être en contact tous les jours avec l’agence pour trouver des solutions c’est pénible. Remboursement 250€ sur 1300€, c’est peu !"

Brassens "Apartamento correcto, pero mejorable 🙂 La empresa que lo gestiona es muy buena, está atenta, se comunica contigo en todos los momentos necesarios y la recepción de llaves y acceso está muy bien pues se adaptan a tu horario dentro de los márgenes. Ellos se merecen un 10, pero le bajo la nota porque el apartamento tiene carencias subsanables. Ubicado en una zona tranquila, a unos 20-25 minutos del centro. 🙁 Aunque el apartamento estaba limpio en general, había utensilios de cocina como cacerolas o sartenes sucios. Soy consciente de los huéspedes tenemos que limpiarlos antes de irnos, pero antes de entrar un nuevo huésped eso debe revisarse. El sofa también estaba sucio. No soy muy escrupulosa, pero no sé......una funda soluciona esos problemas. Creo que falta menage como platos y cubiertos."

Brassens Agradeço imenso ao primeiro contato em especial com a Senhora Linda que esteve no horário marcado em nosso check-in, super simpática , educada e nos recebeu da melhor forma nos deixando bem confortável...casa limpa , bem perto da estação conseguimos fazer tudo tranquilamente , tínhamos muito perto metro , bus , comboio ,ótima localização, local tranquilo na avaliação foram 5 estrelas em tudo! agradeço e indico .

Problèmes de chauffage et de ménage

2 soucis diminue notre appréciation sur notre séjour et ces deux remarques concernent Cocoonr directement. La nuit de notre arrivée le chauffage est tombé en panne. Ceci peut arriver bien sûr mais notre reproche vise le temps de réaction très long de l'agence prévenue par téléphone dès 9 heures le lundi. Personne n'a répondu au téléphone ni au message laissé sur le répondeur. C'est après de nombreux appels sur différents numéros qu'une réponse a été apportée à 12h que quelqu'un est venu à 13h pour appeler enfin le propriétaire qui est venu gentiment remettre en fonction le chauffage; Le deuxième point concerne un ménage correct au sol, sdb ..., mais insuffisant, voire inexistant dans le frigo et la plaque de cuisson. L'évier était bouché. Ce ménage est assuré par l'agence.
