Great location in Keystone

We loved the location of this condo. Our teenage girls were able to walk to the gondola for night skiing while my husband and I relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We also loved the underground parking! Cons: You have to stop and get a key at a different location before going to the condo, which is slightly annoying but at least it's on the way to the condo. The only other small negative is that there aren't enough elevators for a condo this size.

Excellent places

We had a great experience overall!!! The condo was clean and have everything that you need. The location is in the middle of everything, lifts, rent, restaurants and shopping. Nothing can beats jacuzzi and sunna at the end of ski day. The only small dislike we experience that we had to go to the office to obtain the key and the office is not located near by. Good 5-10 minutes drive.

Great location - exactly as described. Checkin and Checkout was seamless.

Issue with the 3 hot tubs - notified property management, and they got one fixed. Other two were luke-warm at best. Dont forget the sauana by the pools . Starbucks 100 steps away. Loved the indoor heated parking and great work out space. (wish there were benches to sit down in the ski locker storage area)

Great location with building issues

The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook which was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the head of the couch bed leans down. I had to prop up additional pillows for my two oldest to be able to get comfortable. The living room area is small. We had to move the coffee table to the back corner of the living room to be able to pull out the couch bed, and it stayed back there for the rest of our stay. The fireplace turned on and off easily which was a plus. The little balcony is nice but we rarely used it. I thought I really wanted a balcony, but after staying there, I don’t think it was necessary. The location is great. Right in the middle of River Run. Just a few steps to shops and restaurants. After our first night, we slowly began to lose hot water and had very little water pressure. The third day we had absolutely NO HOT WATER in the entire building. I was first told this is an issue with OLDER buildings, which makes me think they probably have this issue often. Eventually I was told the entire building was out of hot water, and it was being worked on. Nothing else was offered. I had to ask for some type of refund because paying a lot of money 😳😳😳😳 for three nights isn’t acceptable. At first I was offered $150... laughable. Finally they moved me to a nearby condo in a different building. The condo was in Black Bear Lodge and was a 2 bedroom/2 bath. MUCH NICER AND ROOMIER! This location is also better than Silver Mill and is about five steps to the gondola and the ski rentals. I wish we had spent a little more money and stayed there to begin with.
