The cottage is located in KIENTZHEIM, a charming medieval village that is part of the municipality of KAYSERSBERG VIGNOBLE.
Located on the Wine Route and at the start of many walks between vineyards and forests, the location is ideal for enjoying the charms of our beautiful region.
The gite of "Mami Schlop '" is a half-timbered Alsatian village house, completely renovated, located within the walls of the ramparts.
Atypical triplex, the ground floor consists of a bathroom with its walk-in shower, an independent WC and a large closet. The cottage is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron, as well as a hair dryer available.
On the first floor, you will find a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen area (oven, induction hob, NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking)
The living / dining room is equipped with a large sofa that can convert into a 160x200 cm bed.
Finally you will find on this floor a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds and a wardrobe.
On the mezzanine, on the top level, a bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm.
Outside, in fine weather, you will enjoy a terrace area with garden furniture, a small table and a barbecue at your disposal.
Finally, we provide you with a bicycle garage adjoining the cottage.
