HOUSING:
Pretty wooden chalet 20M2, done up any comfort, on private property closed, in calm quarter.
accés accommodation by a staircase.
interior: small kitchenette area: fridge-oven-microwave-plate-coffee maker and crockery, sufficient for small culinary preparation .a small bathroom sink-shower-toilet. small room with bed 2 places and a sofa bed 2 places in the living area- large wardrobe / closet - library-TV-wifi-air conditioning-
an outdoor bin is provided for washing dishes or disposable dishes available.(I do your dishes in case of rain and winter too)
outside drying for laundry.
non-smoking accommodation but there are exteriors for that.

TRAVELER ACCESS:
Your outdoor table for outdoor dining.

pool area for sunbathing and relaxation. sunbed available.
covered summer terrace with corner hob, barbecue, plancha, fryer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and small lounge area with terrace and umbrella available.(Each is responsible for storage and its maintenance after use.

EXCHANGE WITH OUR TRAVELERS:
We will be there to welcome you and make your stay pleasant. It does not bother us to share a coffee or an aperitif with you. But we will always respect your well-being.
In summer, sometimes evenings are organized on the terrace, you would always be welcome if you wish.

OTHER REMARKS:

 towels. Sheets, pillows and duvet provided.
Possibility washing machine on request only for long stays: participation 8E with laundry.
Iron / hair dryer, on request.
Raclette machine, fondue, crepe, on demand.
Thank you for leaving the accommodation in an excellent state of cleanliness as you found it. If you do not want to clean the departure, let me know when booking and a supplement of 25E will be paid upon arrival.
The bins are to be deposited by you regularly in the containers located in the subdivision.
Possibility of receiving visits, without pool access with prior authorization.
Possibility of long visit after authorization: installation of a small tent 2 additional persons (with 4 beds possible) + accés swimming pool. Additional fees to be paid on site before visitors arrive.
Parents, possibility of babysitting on site at the request. In addition, rate per hour.
Late arrival to report at the booking for the organization.
Respect for housing and the desired outdoor space and conviviality between residents and travelers.
A deposit of 150E per check not cashed will be asked on your arrival species for foreign travelers.


INTERNAL RULES:

Very small noise possible: when it is summer, there is the pleasure of living outdoors and receive. This is not really a nuisance, it's called life!
The entrance to the housing includes 4 steps.
Some areas are shared - chalet only for travelers with table area. Other outdoor garden, terrace, pool in common, with family of home.

Fany's home is located in Gréoux-les-Bains, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France.
Gréoux les bains, provencal village with its spa treatments and summer activities. Its market and local products. Its pretty paved streets for stroll and shopping. Diversity of restaurants / bars. Its health trail on the lakeside promise pleasant days well sports outdoor.
Gréoux the baths at the beginning of several visits of the gorges of the verdon and excursions.
Our lakes for swimming in blue or water sports.
Ranch for horseback riding. Tennis club in Greoux .Karting and golf in Manosque.
Here, all this is offered to you!

TRANSPORT:
a free shuttle every 15mn, serves the village, stop at 1mn walk from the garden.
Bus departure 400m to Manosque, Marseille, Aix en Provence.
Lot of free parking in the village.

HOST: Fany, pleasant, cheerful, welcoming and always the word to laugh. I love to read, walk, good meals, go on a trip and especially I love to receive it is happiness and sharing is a momentum of every day for any my family!
