With resort amenities like an onsite fitness center, beach bar & cafe/snack shop, you'll have everything you need for your Florida vacation.

Drive 7 minutes east to find a handful of local eateries, like McGuire's Irish Pub and Gilligan's Seafood. Elgin Beach Park is a 9 minute drive east. 38 minutes east is Navarre Beach Marine Park. The Resort of Pelican Beach is home to various onsite amenities, including a spa, video game room, poolside bar & a poolside jacuzzi kiddy pool.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older, you will not be permitted to stay in this unit. Please call Vacasa as soon as possible about your reservation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful views

The views were amazing and overall the place was nice. The cafe was convenient for lunch and the pools were nice as well. The unit though definitely needs a new bed. It sank in the middle and made it extremely hard to get out of it. Otherwise everything else was fine. There was construction during our stay that included the walkways being grinder daily. They started everyday at 9 and it was extremely noisy. But we spent a lot of the day outside. But it was bad if you wanted to sleep in.
