No TV
Even while we’re at the beach we like to watch TV in the evenings. We were unable to do so bc the cable wasn’t working. We tried for two days to reach someone. Once we did, the following day someone visited to tell us he couldn’t fix it. So no TV, and the overhead fan in the master would smoke if you turned it on.

Very clean and great view!
Our condo was very clean and nice. The view from the balcony was breath taking, and the beach access was very nice. The pools were heated so it made our April trip very enjoyable.

Beach access
I was really disappointed in the beach access situation. The only place you were allowed to set up a chair was behind all of the rows of rental chairs that were already rented but mostly empty most of the day and adjacent area was considered trespassing per sign but also empty area. The company outside this condo complex has a monopoly on the sand. Sad that we paid as much to stay as we did and was unable to sit in a chair on the sand and see the ocean. Also comments on the listing stated no larger than 10x10 tent was allowed but no Tents at all were allowed.
