The room was very clean. It had everything you needed. The balcony had a beautiful view of the beach and right above the main pool. The room was right on the beach. Exactly as described. Very convenient location also with a Racetrack gas station, Publix and a Walmart within half a mile. The trash chute was conviene as well. Walk outside the room turn left and it’s fright there. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The Host was excellent with communication. I give this property 5 stars

This experience was amazing! The view was incredible and we were on the BEACH! Stunning, the apartment was spacious, clean, it had everything you need. The host was super responsive, the community is gated and they made sure you were a guest at the entry; I felt very secured at the property. The beach has a bar and a waitress that takes orders if you need to, you can bring your small cooler, with drinks, snacks. Family oriented resort, 3 pools and hot tubs. They have a cafe that serves pizzas, sandwiches, drinks even a small gift shop for your beach needs. Everything is close by, grocery stores, shopping, etc. me and daughter enjoy every single day! I would definitely come back. Great experience and lovely vacation!

The host and condo itself were great, as described and in working order. Cafe and tiki bar are a plus and very convenient (weird hours though). The resort itself was under construction as all parking lots and drive ways were being black topped the entire time we were there. Caused us to have to park farther away, unable to unload/load at the main door like normal and getting calls from the resort in the morning to move our car each time they were planning to do a different section. The main pool was closed for the first two days we were there causing the other outdoor pool to be very overcrowded. **House keeping was at our door at 9:30am sharp (checkout was at 10am) they stood RIGHT IN FRONT of our door with their large cart blocking our way in and out with our cart and stroller as we finished taking trips to the car. This was the most annoying part of the entire trip and it happened within the last 30 minutes we were there.

Thank you for your stay and review and sorry about the housekeeping. There was no construction in the resort, they were patching a few spots on the asphalt which lasted a day. One of the 2 outdoor pools was drained and refilled in a day for guest safety as a guest dropped a wine glass from the balcony to the pool. But other outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor pool was operational.

We really enjoyed this unit. We had just two adults and we had plenty of space. It sleeps up to 6 which is doable with the 2 full baths. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. The owner communicated with us leading up to and during our stay which was very nice and much appreciated. We definitely plan to rent this unit again.
