Congratulations!!!! You have finally found one of the best units at PELICAN BEACH RESORT! Nicely decorated! New Flooring throughout the condo in 2023!

Unit 1408 is a GULF FRONT condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. No streets to cross! You will enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and the breathtaking sunsets on the balcony. This condo is decorated with Beautiful furniture.

The kitchen has cabinets with soft closing drawers, beautiful granite countertops, a gorgeous glass backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The Lighting is amazing! Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two.

Free High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet (100 Mbps) is available in this unit and throughout the resort. This is an upgrade!

Don't forget the fun-filled built-in bunk beds with WALL-MOUNTED 19-inch FLAT SCREEN televisions.

The living area has a new 70-inch flat panel TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player and a queen sleeper sofa!

All new kitchenware - pots/pans, plates, glassware, and utensils! Regular and Keurig coffee machines!

The GORGEOUS & Beautiful Master Suite has a King size bed and a 40-inch flat panel TV with DVD and Blu-Ray Player.

AWE, THE VIEWS!!!!! The balcony has four chairs and a table for watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Fun in the Sun

Amazing views, great location with resturants near by and wonderful amenities at the resort. Loved the multiple pools, beach access and the awesome breakfast at the Cafe. Destin is just a beautiful area i could not get over how clean the beach & water was. Simply awesome vacation.

Destin vacation

We stayed in this condo for seven days. It was clean, cozy, beautiful balcony and well supplied. We had no issues during our stay. The host provided all necessary information prior to our arrival. It’s within walking distance to some restaurants and Uber is available if you don’t want to rent a car. We would definitely book again!!

The photos are exactly what you will get. Everything is provided all the way up the the pizza cutter! Quality dishes and cutlery. This place really just feels like home away from home. It was very clean and seemed as if we were the first ones to ever be there! The host was in clear communication through out our stay and even checked in to make sure everything was as expected. This is by far one of the best rental/host experiences we have had. Oh did i mention we had our 22 month old with us as well, very kid friendly and safe! Amazing View

This property was exactly as advertised in the pictures. The views are amazing from the balcony. Beach access is very convenient. We loved the tiki bar. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was a great space. If I had to be picky and make a suggestion it would be to update the master shower. But it was a non issue as it functioned just fine. Just a little outdated. I would definitely recommend this unit for a family of four and I would stay there again without hesitation. The location was close to everything you would want while on vacation.

Absolutely perfect vacation!

The room was absolutely perfect for me, my wife and 2 kids (11 & 12 years old). Paul and Angela were very helpful throughout the entire process. When booking they told us it would be best to book the umbrella and beach chairs as soon as possible, and we did. By doing that, we were on the front row every day. Even though they didn't really enforce the people sitting in front of us with no umbrellas, we didn't really have a problem until the last day of our stay (Saturday - Memorial Day weekend). That is the only downfall of our entire trip, which had nothing to do with the place! I highly recommend renting from Paul and Angela, they are very organized and gave a lot of helpful hints to make things so much easier on us to bypass the crowds and traffic. Thanks again! Someones dirty socks under the bed

Overal it was a decent place to stay as it is close to everything and the beach is nice. Not sure how clean other units were but we had someones dirty socks under our bed. Made me question how clean it was. Someone put water in the dish soap that was on the counter to make it look full. If you rent the beach chairs/umbrella they start picking them up around 3. It is NOT an all day rental. There's supposidly an on site kitchen that makes foods for breakfast/lunch. No one explains where to find it or do it. Drinks are good at the tiki bar. Get the bucket and use it all week. I paid $5 for a few grapes, a few small pinapple chunks, and a few small cantelope pieces so I wasn't trying to find the actual food there after that. Only 3 elevators worked and the fire system was down while we were there. It was spring break. That should have been taken care of with that many guests prior. The area is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do. The 2 pools we found were warmer and there were 3 spa/hot tubs that were nice. Overall we had a good time at the harbor walk and with boat trips. Would visit the area again in the off season.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. For starters, the condo was clean and bright, fully equipped with everything we needed and perfectly spacious for a family of 3. Our son thought the bunk beds were the coolest thing. The ocean front view can’t be beat. The two pools were lovely and the food from the tiki bar/cafe was delicious. The condo is so close to restaurants and family activities. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit.. with a 5 day stay in Florida heat, you have to do laundry, so it was a little pricey and time consuming since you had to stay on top of the communal washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again though. The hosts were very easy to work with and checked in with us to ensure everything was as expected.
