Pelican Beach 215 – Beach Blessing is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and surrounding resort scenery. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony fill the space with natural light, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy Destin’s coastline. This inviting retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers a thoughtful layout ideal for families or couples.

Located in the heart of Destin, this condo places you just minutes from shopping, dining, and popular attractions while still providing a peaceful beachfront escape. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee overlooking the Gulf or unwinding after a day of adventure, Beach Blessing delivers a memorable beach vacation experience.

**The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time the upper parking garage, tennis / pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible. The covered parking garage will be closed in sections while they work overhead. We appreciate your patience while these improvements are being made. **

This property was not only right on the beach, but it’s located in an area filled with fun family activities, restaurants, shopping (including a souvenir shop next door) & more! The food & drinks from the Tiki Bar/Cafe was delicious & the on-site staff was very friendly & helpful. The condo was exactly as it was described, and we would definitely stay here again. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. The shower head in the Master bathroom was awesome! Nothing better than a great shower after being at the beach all day. The unit was spacious and fit our family's needs perfectly. The resort was really nice with three swimming pools, and it was so convenient having the Tiki Bar and Cafe. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Great location at the condo

First of all, this is a busy place. Check in is nuts b/c everyone is checking in at the same time. But with this unit, you're on the second floor making the stairs the best option. The condo was clean, had starter supplies, and large enough for my family of 5 for the week. All employees were courteous. The tiki bar was a hit for everyone! Having 2 pools made it much easier to keep on eye on the kids. We would absolutely stay here again.

In the middle of it all

This was my first trip to Destin and we were in the middle of it ALL. The beach and the convenience of a cafe and bar on the property by it made it stand out when I was looking. There was nothing wrong with this property but I would prefer a less crowded area of Destin. I'll also be sure to check the travel ball team schedules for a time that is less busy. Again, nothing wrong with the property, host was responsive to my (many) questions, second floor location made the stairs easy when the elevators were working overtime. Starbucks, ChicfilA, Alvin's beach store all located just outside the gate in easy walking distance.

We took our kids & grandkids to this beautiful condo for fall break. The location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the ocean, and close to the parking garage & cafe.
