Located in the heart of Destin, Sunseeker provides convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions while still offering a peaceful beachfront escape. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning overlooking the waves or unwinding after a day in the sun, this condo delivers the perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm.
**The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time, the upper parking garage, tennis/pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible. The covered parking garage will be closed in sections while they work overhead. We appreciate your patience while these improvements are being made. **

We pride ourselves in delivering beautiful rental properties that are CLEAN and with everything we would expect if we were a guest. Pelican Beach Resort offers some of the best resort amenities along the Emerald Coast. In addition to it's great central location near all of the best restaurants, shopping, spas, golf, water park and more, you barely have to leave the building with everything on-site! Enter the beautiful lobby and access the on-site cafe and sundry shop, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools including an indoor/outdoor swim through pool and kiddie pool, large spa, tiki hut with beverage service, beach rentals, sauna and fitness center, parking garage and a huge new zero entry pool with a large sunbathing area!
