Just Chillin' Condo is a premium condo on the 16th floor with a fabulous view. Condo has been recently updated with lots of new furnishings, living room furniture, new sofa sleeper, area rugs, new bedding and a condo filled with lively oil paintings from the owner.

The Condo Includes:
-Spacious Living Room with new queen size sofa sleeper, new love seat, 58" Flat Screen TV.
-Mirrors and wainscoting along the wall to enhance the beautiful view from the beach.
-New Dining Room Furniture.
-Master Bedroom- King Bed, Private Bathroom, a 35" Flat Screen TV, sliding doors going directly out onto the balcony. Sleep like a baby to the sounds of the Ocean.
-2nd Bedroom features Twin Beds, Flat Screen TV and connects to a Full Bathroom.
-Updated Kitchen is fully equipped.

Spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar! Tired after a long day on the beach? Grab a pizza or burger in the Market Cafe'. Relax in the hot tub while your kids are in the arcade.

Arrival is a breeze. NO CHECK IN! Go right to the elevator and to your condo! Don't worry about losing a key. We have electronic locks with your very own code! Just walk in, throw on your bathing suit and head to the beautiful white sugar beach!

The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near every restaurant imaginable. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Water park. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep sea fishing is right up the street!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our 15 month old daughter. The condo was clean, Kathy was very responsive and helpful and the resort had great amenities. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great family trip!

This was our second time staying at the Pelican Beach Resort and it was just as great as the first time. We were super impressed with how clean the unit was, how easy it was to check-in and out, and of course the easy access to the beach. The host provided a lot of great information ahead of our stay with what was provided, what we needed to bring, and nearby accommodations. It was super helpful for our planning process. We would definitely love to stay at this unit again and will be back to the Pelican Resort - it's a family favorite!

Perfect condo

The condo was perfect. Everything was recently remodeled with the exception of the master bath. The property itself felt so safe with security guards constantly walking around. The elevator situation was a bit tricky. Only 2 of the 4 main elevators were dependable but the elevator nearest this condo was functional. The tiki bar was a huge hit for the adults and the kids loved all the pools :)

Best Vacation

Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. We used the float everyday. Pools were great and my daughter learned how to swim while we were there. Elevators were better than other places we have stayed. The only problem is they don’t have enough carts to help carry your things in. People keep them in their rooms so we ended up buying a laundry basket with wheels to help with carrying things in. I recommend bringing a wagon if you have one. Perfect area for shopping and eating. Book with Kathy. You won’t regret it!

Nice Stay

The host had great communication. Overall, it was clean. That’s major coming from me because I have OCD. The view was perfect, and the balcony was our favorite part. Parking was really convenient. The master bed was comfortable but the other two beds were shaky. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Just book it! This place is great!

Ok, I have traveled quite a bit and I am recommending this condo! My husband, three teenage boys, and I spent Spring Break in Destin. 1) The condo owner is GREAT and incredibly HELPFUL and COMMUNICATIVE! 2) Condo was clean and comfortable and aptly resourced. The pull out bed was comfortable (per my son). We have 5 so the 6 seater dining set afforded family games. The decor was beachy. Linens clean. Wifi worked. Washer and Dryer used every day. 3) The location of the condo is good. I have been in places where you wait 20 minutes to catch the elevator. Not here, quick elevator to the 16th floor - no problem. The TIKI hut on-site serves really great food (honestly, excellent pizza and other things) and great drinks. 4) the beach is well maintained. The chair rental company very nice and helpful. The chairs themselves are more chairs and not loungy per se. Practically impossible to lay on my stomach, but all in, really great. 5) Destin, AJs restaurant, Bochamps, Back Porch are a few great restaurants (driving distance but worth it). Pricy but worth it. Beach water was too cold and therefore Crab Island out of our plans. BUT, we've been in the summer and Crab Island is great. Enjoy!!

Wonderful Place, Great Location

We loved our visit to Destin. This condo was beautiful, clean, and close to everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies needed to cook and eat onsite. The views from the balcony were awesome - we could see dolphins swimming around in the morning, the sunrise, and the breathtaking colors of the ocean. This property is close to everything you need - restaurants, groceries, ice cream, etc. Kathy was a great host. We received everything we needed to know for a successful stay in advance. All her restaurant recommendations were spot on! We rented our beach set up for the week ahead of time (about a month in advance) and were seated in the front row the whole week. They had 3 rows of chairs going and plenty of room for personal set ups. The two main pools were very popular with our kids. It was a very family friendly environment. The beach was clean, the water was gorgeous, and the sand was incredibly soft. We can't wait to visit again!

Felt like home

We felt right at home during our family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing ( I’m particular about my pillow). We loved Kathy’s art work around the house as well as around the resort!

Omgoodness, where do we begin! Kathy and the property were both amazing. Kathy is very responsive and just a doll! The property was beautiful and family friendly. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony drinking coffee. You can see an amazing sunswt from thw front door breezeway axross the harbor. And you can see the Harbor Fireworks perfectly from the front door as well.

Why they chose this property

This property is centrally located near the marina, fun family activities, shopping, water park, miniature golf and movie theater. Love having so many restaurants so close. Our favorites are Crab Trap, The Back Porch, A J's, Pompano Joe's and Busters Pub across from the outlet Mall. A must is getting fresh shrimp at one of the seafood shops nearby.
