Sterling Sands, Unit 211 is DIRECTLY on the beach and gulf front! Assigned covered parking spot included. Sterling Sands is a stunning, oceanfront property in the heart of Destin, with one of the area’s largest and least crowded beach fronts. There are no streets to cross and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking views of the gulf while relaxing at the pool. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, and exercise room.

The condo has the hardwood-looking tile throughout along with new paint. It is decorated with soothing coastal blues and tans. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig. You can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean while sitting in the living room, kitchen table, or while preparing your meal in the fully stocked kitchen!

Unit 211 sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite and tile flooring. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub.

There is a full size front loader washer and dryer in the unit.

We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. This unit also includes a designated covered parking spot in the garage! Beach Service is available to rent kayaks and paddle boards.

Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on the sugar white sands of Destin Beach. The balcony is the perfect place to see dolphins! You are just a short 5 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store and ice cream/yogurt. Take a short walk to The Track to ride go-carts, putt-putt, bungee, bumper boats, arcade and so much more.

We welcome you to our condominium to spend your vacation in paradise on the sugary, white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Destin coast.

There is an additional $15 per person amenity fee. I will send you a link to order your wristbands and parking pass before your check-in date.

Loved everything about this place

Communication was great. When we arrived, our first impression was how beautifully decorated it was and how tidy and clean everything was. The location is perfection. We were close to restaurants and stores. This condo building is wonderful because it isn’t a high rise, so the private beach and pool were never super crowded. The beds were comfy, the water pressure was great (which is so important when washing sand and salt out of hair!). The kitchen was well stocked. The provided beach towels to use were a nice/convenient touch. We will plan to stay here again!

All the comforts of home/ with a million dollar view

My husband and I just spent the week in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed everything about it! The furniture and bed was very comfy and they are very generous with the towels and wash cloths.The location was very convenient to the elevator and has a prime spot in the parking g garage. Our host, Stacey was very professional and gracious! She was even able to get us into the condo a little early! She was very prompt in returning my text! I would definitely recommend this lovely condo to anyone!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

This property has unobstructed views of the gulf and pool! It is beautifully decorated with costal vibes. The owner was awesome and so easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze! You can definitely tell the owner cares about you and the property. We did have some concerns with the cleanliness of the condo, but we were informed that the condo had been mistreated prior to our arrival. Besides that we uad a great time and definitely reccomend this property, it is beautiful!!wothbut wr wrte informed

Convenient location.

We enjoyed the covered parking and the beach chair service that were included with this condo. Views from the balcony were beautiful. The only improvements that could make it better are new mattresses and pillows.

Just what we were looking for!

This was the perfect condo for our girls weekend! The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location and so close to the beach. And you can’t beat the view from the balcony, will definitely be coming back!

This is a great condo in a great location. Bedrooms were a bit small but was very nicely decorated. We ate at The Back Porch twice which is walking distance from the condo. We had a great time!

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here with 2 kids and we all loved the condo. Awesome location to the pool & beach, condo was clean, umbrella service was appreciated, and the garage parking was awesome! Stacey was very helpful in providing information and the onsite staff was kind and helpful. Checking in and out went smoothly. I would recommend this condo for your Destin stay.

Great stay!

This condo was very modern and clean. Location is walkable to a beach merchandise store and some take out food/sit down restaurants. Only a 7 min walk down the beach to restaurant right on the water. Parking and beach service being included with the rental set this property apart from some of the others. We enjoyed our stay very much and will seek to rent again if we make our way back to Destin!

Beautiful Location

First time in Destin and first time using VRBO. Location was great, lots of activities close by, easy check in and perfect parking in the garage. The condo does need a little tlc though. The mattresses were well worn, the main shower was a challenge to get into and the shower heads almost took my skin off. It also would not be amiss to have extra paper products in the bathrooms.

Great location and view

Great location to get to all the things around town if it’s a rainy day or want to do something other than the beach. However, you don’t have to leave the condo with the great view, condo amenities, and beach chairs included. We were there for a cheer competition so loved having coffee on the balcony (there is both a coffee pot and keurig option) and afternoons on the beach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Views and Beach Access

The condo is beautiful and is exactly as what is described and shown in the photos. The space was perfect for what our family needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo has unobstructed views of the beach and ocean from the patio and was very relaxing for evenings. We really appreciated the extra beach chairs that our kids could use, along with the beach chairs and umbrella that are set up on the beach. We also really liked the beach was private beach access, which made it very relaxing and was not crowded for the daytime. We would stay here for future vacations!

Great spot

The condo was beautiful and well taken care of, the location was great and it was wonderful to be right on the beach. Check-in process was easy and we had no issues with our stay. The only constructive criticism I have is the temperature of the pool. The pool water was hot, and the hot tub was unbearable. After a long day at the beach, a cold pool to cool off in is great. However, I understand it’s on the beach and the sun heats the water considerably, and I don’t have experience taking care of pools so maybe it’s inevitable that the water reaches that temperature at this time of the year (July). Other than that very minor criticism, everything was incredible. Highly recommend the condo!

The most wonderful owner on VRBO - Stacey!

We missed our first night due to the impending Hurricaine Milton in FLorida. On what was to be day 2 of our stay - we decided to evacuate and take advantage of the rest of the vacation we had already paid for, since Milton was coming right toward us. The unit was beautiful and clean! And then there's Stacey the owner - I dont have enough room to tell you how great she is. Knowing we were very concerned about the hurricaine, she made every effort to reach out and make sure everythig was ok and that WE were ok. The other person deserving priase is Elizabeth in the office - again, anything we needed she was on it! I will rent this unit again, and again. THe beach is beautiful and the building is well kept - the pool is beautiful. Not staying anywhere else in Destin!!! This is it!

Well kept, Beautiful, Updated. Perfect location

The pictures are 100% accurate. A VERY clean well kept unit (211). Great view and the entire property was so clean and maintained very well. So convenient to get to the pool and beach - great perk having chairs and umbrella as well. I don't think you can beat the location either. Less than 10 minutes from the best restaurants (Boshamps, McGuires, The Back Porch, and Lulu's). The ease of getting around was amazing. Great balcony where we had coffee every morning enjoying the view of the beach and pool. The private stretch of the beach was also pristine, well kept, and CLEAN!! We would love to stay here again. This property just had everything going for it . The owner was also super responsive, and easy to work with. Entering and exiting the property was also a breeze -- not to mention the great parking spot in the garage so close to the stairs and elevator and pool/beach entrance. Oh! and it was so quiet too...Hands down the BEST property I've ever stayed at.

We have 2 children and have been making trips to Destin for 17 years and finally decided to make this our permanent vacation spot! We purchased this condo in September 2015 because of the spectacular view! Our condo was very dated so we started remodeling immediately. We wanted the condo to be a place where we could relax, unwind and enjoy our little piece of paradise. We want this condo to be up to the standards of other places we have rented. We have a clean, beautiful condo with high-end furnishings. We have been enjoying the condo with our family and we hope your vacation is as wonderful as ours.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed up and down the strip and absolutely love Sterling Sands. The property is well maintained and oceanfront. We have young children and didn't want to have to cross a street to get to the beach. My husband and I love to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the ocean. This property gives us all of that- no streets to cross, direct view of the ocean, and the ability to hear the ocean any time of the day or night!
