Three words that describe this condo are fun, fresh, and trendy. This newly renovated two bedroom unit is located at Silver Beach Towers in Destin. The beachfront property is one of the best in the Destin area. You will have a hard time finding a better view of the beach, waves, and sand. The walk is quick and easy without a long board walk that makes transporting toys and children difficult. The freshly painted walls, granite countertops, the amazing ORIGINAL artwork from local artist, and the breathtaking beach view makes this property one of the best at Silver Beach Towers. We would love for your family to experience our luxurious home away from home. You will definitely feel at home from the moment you walk into Silver Beach Towers 1202!


The unit has a refreshing coastal themed furnishing. We have tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms a
re lined with a NEW flat contempary style carpet. The fully stocked kitchen has ALL new stainless steel appliances, dishware, cookware and ample storage and counter space. The counter tops are granite. We also have two bar stools for the countertop eating area. The living room is furnished with a large flat screen television with a full sofa bed and three chairs. Blinds throughout the entire condo that allow full views of the beach and pools along with the sunset and sunrise. Sliding glass doors in the main living room area and both bedrooms that lead to a large tiled balcony to enjoy hours of breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed and a new, flat screen TV. Enjoy views from a large bay window, or step directly through the entrance to the main balcony. The master walk in closet is HUGE. The large master bathroom consists of a jetted tub, a walk in shower, double vanity and lots of countertop space.

The Guest bedroom has recently (2022) been updated to a beautiful and comfortable king size bed.

The pool area consists of two large pools with water features and two hot tubs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Just walk through the pool area onto Silver Beach’s private beach. Silver Beach is a quiet resort with security and strict access.

We cannot express how absolutely stunning this condo is. We were a little worried with the condo being a large building/worried of noise. The condo was actually very quiet and so lovely! The views are breath taking! From the balcony we were able to see dolphins and turtles! The beach was not packed like we thought we would encounter! We would book here again and highly recommend!

Fabulous View!

Beautiful property with outstanding view of the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. Probably wouldn’t be my choice during summer or school breaks; it looks like a very touristy area during high season. There were plenty basic supplies for 2 people for a 4 day stay. The restaurant recommendations from the owner were excellent. I hope we can go back next year!!

Location, location location - perfect for a family, super clean and beautifully appointed. The beach is steps away and shopping and restaurants just moments away. Nothing is lacking. The management was easily accessible and cooperative. We HIGHLY recommend you spending your vacation here.

My wife and I live in Greenville, Ms and have 3 grown children. We have always loved staying in a Destin condo directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and pool. We have been coming to Destin for 28 years.

Why they chose this property

Silver Beach Towers has one of the best views in Destin. We rented in Silver Beach Towers a few times prior to purchasing in 2011. In fact, we love the quick walk to the beach and pool along with the amazing sunset so well that we recently purchased a 4 bedroom directly next door. We totally renovated and updated both condos with the coastal theme.

What makes this property unique

We love Silver Beach Towers, especially the 2 bedrooms because both bedrooms are ocean front, with access to the ocean front balcony. The two fast elevators make a huge difference! No LONG WAIT IS A PLUS! You have two parking options, on the main level or the parking garage with our specific parking space. A FOB allows access to the building, garage, pool, and beach. The resort is clean, quiet, family oriented and high security. We LOVE the grill area for relaxing and allowing the kids to play!
