The location was great. Jason was very responsive to my inquiries about the listing and amenities. The bed was comfortable and condo was clean. There are washers and dryers on each floor. We were able to watch the fireworks at the harbor from the condo!

What a great place to choose for our first trip to Destin. This place has everything thing you need to enjoy your vacation. It checks all the right boxes. Great location, best access to restaurants, shopping, pool, and beach, Condo was very clean with great view of the ocean. Also, it’s not directly over the pool and beach area. Which make it more peaceful from traffic and noises at night. Has everything in a kitchen that you need. Most importantly the owner Jason was very helpful. Don’t hesitate on this condo if it shows up in your shopping for a perfect destination.

The beach view was from the side but for us ok. We are seniors. Bathroom. Tub was very slippery we purchased a mat and left because of this. Just a tip they make hand grasp with suction cups and 1 would be awesome. I grabbed the door knob of adjoining bath to hold on. Other than these two issues we enjoyed. TV controls are not senior friendly but we adapted.
