This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Spectacular views from the 8th floor. The condo was quite spacious and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The grounds and pool area was also very nice.

The location could not be beat. Nice amenities. My only complaint is that the bedroom with the Murphy bed was extremely tight. The bed has to be lifted to get around the room and to close the door. Room is better suited for bunk beds.

This is a lovely unit with a great view, but fold down bed in "2nd bedroom" does not allow for door to close for privacy when the bed is folded down..
