GULF FRONT MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM 12OO SQ FT UNIT. UPDATED CONDO!

NEWLY REMODELED! Beautiful 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf front 5th floor unit in the heart of Destin! The gulf front master suite has a king bed and full bath with separate shower and tub with sliding glass doors opening to the oceanfront large balcony. The second bedroom is very spacious and also has a king bed with a full bath attached. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. This unit also has a full kitchen with all necessities for preparing meals for your family. The unit also has a new full size washer and dryer as of May 2019. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, The Track, Big Kahunas Water Park, convenience/liquor store, gift shops, etc. Please be advised that free beach service will be discontinued starting March 1, 2026 per a decision made by the HOA board of directors. Beach service will be available to rent in 2026.

You are required to pay the amenity fee of $15.00+tax for each person 5 years and older. This will be paid separate from the booking and must be paid directly to the HOA upon check in.

The amenity fee covers your parking passes and wristbands for the pool, hot tub, gym, and beach area.

*Early check in and late check out will be $50 IF it is available, but cannot be guaranteed.

First trip to Destin

This property was beautiful, it was just as depicted in the pictures, very clean, well- updated beautiful house. It was so convenient to come up and down from the beach throughout the day. Many shops and restaurants within a 10 minute driving distance from the property. Very clean pool, but it tended to be hot water on some days, although that might be unavoidable due to the time of year. We loved our stay in Destin.!!
