Sunrise and Sunset from our beautiful condo Gulf front, Spectacular views!

Enjoy our beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico at Silver Beach Towers West Unit 1505. New floors and updated furniture! The view, the view the view. The view is from the living room, the master king suite and the 2nd bedroom, with each room opening out to the deck on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin. This 15th floor unit is comfortable and elegant. There are 3 tv and dvd's. (WIRELESS INTERNET) Smart TVS so you can use your Netflixs or stream your favorite! The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

The master suite is both private and has a panoramic view of the gulf. The master bath has a large walk in shower with shower bench and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen size and two floor length windows on the gulf with a patio door leading to the deck. 2nd bath also has a large walk in shower with bench.

This condo is comfortable and just like home on the beach. Large 1400 square foot unit. full equipped kitchen. Enjoy Back Porch just steps from the beach of Silver Beach Towers West for great seafood. Less than one mile from Big Kahuna's.

New Beach rules this year: In the past I have purchased the subscription and the beach service was free to my renters. I have paid a beach subscription fee this year, allowing my renters to reserve a set up per day of $30 a day for 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. This money does not go to me. I will send you a code and a slip to fill out for the days you wish to reserve. When you reserve the money goes to the beach shack. If you need an extra set up for more family members it is $65 per day. I do have 4 sand chairs in my unit for my guest to use.

This was easily the best condo we've stayed in on the Gulf! Check in was a super easy keybox pickup. There are two parking spots - one is assigned and covered!The condo itself is in great shape. The common condo areas are kept clean and the elevators are fast. The view from the 15th floor is amazing! The bedrooms are a nice size and they both have windows and doors to the balcony - which was GORGEOUS. We didn't even sit inside the entire time. Kitchen is well supplied with pans, utensils, plates, etc. I would suggest if you are staying for a week to bring your own trash bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and TP. We had enough supplied but just barely. (Also don't forget to bring your beach towels.)The beach access is so close (just a walk by the pool) and the chair rental was easy to reserve beforehand and use through the week. The extra beach chairs in the condo also came in handy. There is a drink and snack hut at the pool; they also do chair service on the beach.Between the three of us staying there, we've probably stayed in at least ten different condos over the years. We decided this is definitely the condo to get anytime we go to the beach! If it's available, get it!

My husband and I stayed here and had a great time! The hosts were amazing, so nice, and answered any and all questions quickly. The property is very nice, not far from dining and shopping. The condo was clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view of the beach from the private balcony. We were able to rent umbrella and chairs on the beach at a discounted rate which was nice. The kitchen has more appliances than we could use, but nice to have. I really liked the large showers and jetted tub in the master bath. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a wonderful beach experience. Also, the Tip-Sea Turtle down by the pool offers drinks and food, and I must say the food was some of the best we had during our entire stay!
